Does this theme support woocommerce? Can someone actually book an appointment and pay for it?
Can I add a Facebook / whatsapp chat?
Can I add a calendar so my clients can see which hours are still available to make an appointment?

Absolutely! The theme includes Booked plugin to let you easily manage your appointments. It allows you to add as many calendars as you need, each with its own time slots and custom fields – https://callie-britt.axiomthemes.com/appointments/
To add payment capabilities to the Booked plugin you need to install WooCommerce that is not included in the package. As for Facebook / Whatsapp chat, additional plugins are required as well. Hi again! I downloaded the Theme from Envato Elements, but I can’t install it and I am writing here because if I want to open a support ticket I am asked about the purchase code, which I don’t have in my file (I gave Item ID or Item license code).
When I try to install the parent them, I got the error with “the link you followed has expired” and I can’t upload the theme. If I try to upload the child theme, it works, but I can’t use it without the parent theme. Can you help?

The error you get means that upload_max_filesize on the server is lower than required. Please increase it to 32M. Alternatively, you may upload the extracted theme folder to wp-content/themes directory via FTP. Then activate the theme in admin -> Appearance -> Themes.

I am experiencing a plugin conflict between the plugin ThemeREX Addons and two calendar related plugins. WordPress Editorial Calendar stops working and Events > Calendar will not load if the plugin ThemeREX Addons is active. Is this a known issue? Any quick fix?

But we cannot guarantee the theme full compatibility with WordPress Editorial Calendar since it is a third-party plugin, and we have not tested them together. Making the theme (or Themerex Addons plugin) compliant with a third-party plugin may require additional customization of source files.

Sorry, but if I go to Events > Calendar, the calendar will not load, so when you say “The theme supports included Events Calendar plugin” that is not fully true. The calendar does load on the frontend of the site, but not the backend. If I deactivate the ThemeREX Addons plugin it works fine. Am I the only one who has experienced this? A fix would be very helpful.

I can’t seem to make any changes to the header that end up appearing on the site. Header is set to “Custom” in Theme Options and I am editing the version of the header that is selected (Header-2 from demo). Yet nothing changes at all, not color, button size, wording, nothing.

Nice them very well documented. However how do i turn off the telephone number and book online in the header, the header I edit and choose does not show it and I cant find where i can disable this
