Camilla 2.1.5 update

Since Camilla 2.1.5 version you can now upload separate portfolio cover images for mobile devices.

This way you will be able to control exactly how your portfolio page looks on smartphone displays.

Read more about this in our documentation –

Hello, i have a couple of presale questions. 1. instead of the content sliding in as an overlay, is it possible to have it slide in from right and out the left? 2. is it possible to use swipe on laptop/tablet to advance the content? I realise these may involve me customising the theme, I just need to know if they are (relatively) easy to achieve as I’ll need to purchase immediately if so! Thanks in advance, Michelle

1. Yes, there is a theme option to do that. 2. – Tat will require some seriously advanced javascript customization, the theme doesn’t support that kind of behavior, and I highly advise against it. That’s going to make the site unintuitive and difficult to navigate/scroll.

Ok, thanks so much for your reply.

Hi, how to remove journal section in mobile view?

Hi there,

You can’t do that without modifying the theme because Camilla theme is responsive – it adapts to the screen size but it does not hide content from users just because they are using a mobile device instead of a computer or tablet.

Does Camilla supports WordPress 4.5.2?

It is a wonderful Theme for photography! But only the representation on the iPhone/iPad is missing. Regards Gunter

Thanks, but could you please explain in more detail what do you mean by that? Because Camilla does work on both iPhones and iPads!

Maybe go to and send us some screenshots and tell us what are the problems.

Thanks, i see my Verification-Code is out of date :-(

That means that you haven’t signed up in our forums while your support was active. You have to renew support here on Themeforest and then sign up on our support forums. Otherwise we can’t validate your verification code.

Hello, i have a presale question. I saw that no upgrade has been done since March, and i would like to know if you still work on this product or if you just stopped upgrading it. Plus I want to ask if you can send me the documentation to see it before i buy it ? Thank you in advance.

Hi there, No new bugs are reported and I think we’ve reached a point where we don’t really want to add more features to the theme – so we Just haven’t needed to release updates since March. If something pops up – we’re here and we’ll update the theme.

You can view the documentation here:

Hello, i really love this theme , but i have a presale question-is it possible to put the text in the middle of the home page? (like a quote for example). Thank you!

The “home page” is a slider that doesn’t support text. If you want to – you can use a custom slider (you’ll have to purchase that separately from CodeCanyon), although it’s going to have quite an impact on the site loading time.

can this theme use on openshift?

This theme requires PHP 5.2.17, same as WordPress – you can use the theme anywhere you can use WordPress :)

Hello, I have just see that the theme portfolio images haven’t img alt=”” tags and it’s a big problem for SEO. Any solutions ?

Hello. I’m interested in purchasing Camilla theme. I want to ask if you have Camilla like theme with only difference that the home page slider is in vertical (not horizontal) mode ? Like in this website – when viewing it in Mobile phone it’s vertical slider. thank you

Hi there,

Our Camilla is unique so we don’t have any other themes that are like Camilla but with a different home page.

But if you are interested, you can see our other themes in our portfolio –

Best regards,

Hi, I purchased your theme on accident. I have not downloaded it and was hoping to get a refund. Please let me know. Thank you.

Hey there! No problem, you can submit a refund request here:

So I want to buy this theme, but I don’t want to pay for support beyond 6 months. Does this mean that the software updates after six months will be available to me? Please clarify. Thanks.

It’s a Themeforest policy. You get unlimited updates free, but support forums are limited to first 6 months.

Hi. I’d like to incorporate a Members Only pages on your theme. Is Camilla bbPress or BuddyPress compatible?

I don’t think Camilla would be the perfect theme for that purpose. It’s meant to be a portfolio theme, not a community website.

Okay. Thank you, Norris.

Hi. When will there be an update for this theme?

The mobile version is the way it is by design – horizontal on mobile has a vast array of issues, so it’s probably not going to happen.

Thank you so much for response, Norris. Is there a way that I can turn iff the mobile version through the admin panel? Also, one of my pages keeps disappearing when visitors click on the link. How can I remedy that?

Sorry, there is no way to disable that in the admin panel. If at some point you need more help, please open new topic over at . To keep things organized, we don’t provide support in the theme comments section.

We are trying to install this theme on our website but we are getting following PHP fatal error when we install required plugin “redux-framework” from the required plugin installation page. We get following error
