This theme is clean and modern looking which I love and if you want to use the simplest version of the demos than it is a great and affordable theme. However, you should have an in-depth understanding of wordpress in order to truly customize this and get the most out of this theme as the customer support is HORRENDOUS. I have had a three week email chain going on with Dmitry of their customer support team who has met all my questions with snarkiness and rude comments questioning my intelligence. Nothing I asked or questioned was even looked at or considered - I had to ask him several times to look into issues - he would just brush me off and tell me I was wrong and didn't know what I was doing. I am by no means an expert but not a beginner and I cannot get over how BAD this support is. For that reason, I would look to another theme unless you're positive you won't need to contact support. This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Hello, I am sorry that you got this problems with support. However I see by ticket that all your issues was resolved and I see that your image works fine on your slider. I see that all your issues was related to your incorrect WordPress usage and configuration. None of your issues was related to our theme.
The theme is working great and is designed well, the support is fast but not that approachable. Overall a great theme to buy.
Really good theme, but has some things to improve!
I just have to say that this theme has everything I need and maybe more. Super easy to customize, even for beginners like me. The documentation is simple and complete.

I've used a few wordpress themes over the years, and I've always had to go in and tweak bootstrap features that didn't look right in certain views. Not with this theme. This theme looks perfect in every window width I can throw at it. The design is top notch, and the back end seems well thought out and easy to use. Very glad I purchased this theme! The support is great too, very quick responses!
It is difficult to get this item to work once bought. Also, Envato should offer a chat line so it is possible to ask

Great design, well executed and fantastic customer service. I like that the theme is beautiful and flexible at the same time. Tested the customer service and I have to say - they are pretty fast and awesome overall.
