I’m having an issue where “add to cart” results in a blank cart, are you aware of this on going issue and how it may be resolved.
I Just downloaded this theme. How do i get my featured images on the “Shop” page to look bigger like the one on your demo? Mine are not as wide. Please let me know.
When I try to download the woocommerce plugin from woocommerce.com, it keeps taking me to the Available Downloads page (which does not show the woocommerce plugin) and doesn’t provide me with the download, even though I have registered an account. Is there another way to get this plugin? Please advise.
Ok, thank you so much.
I feel like an idiot, but all my photos are blurry. I’ve tried uploading them all with a scale of 1024, but the thumbnails and product photos are off. If I click on a picture, then then full-sized image is perfect. Is there something in the auto resize that I’m missing? Thanks for your help.
No worries, check out the documentation under “Recommended Image Sizes”. You can set your image sizes in WooCommerce. Chances are your default settings are just too small and photos are being stretched. Just follow the simple video on how to adjust them and you are good tog.
If you have any additional questions, feel free to post them on our support forums: http://support.progressionstudios.com
1) Yeah, we support child themes. This can be created easily with the one-click child theme or manually per the WordPress Documentation.
2) Yeah, we have a options panel box for Custom CSS if you want to use that for minor tweaks.
3) Yeah, it is super simple to recreate our live preview. We include a Live Preview XML file that includes examples of all the sliders and pages.
4) Our average response time varies depending on your time zone. I would say the average is every 10-12 hours.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Upgraded to WooCommerce 2.0, now my Shop page looks a bit off: http://www.alivepublications.org/shop. You’ll notice the first row of images on each page is not in line…
Hi, I have added the Paypal Advanced Payment Gateway to this theme and my checkout page is getting screwed up when the gateway is activated, everything is updated. Why does this payment gateway not integrate properly? http://pbwellness.redfearndesign.com/checkout/
Hi, I’ve recently upgraded a site to WooCommerce 2 and the newest version of Camp.
I’ve gone through and fixed most of the little bugs that popped up, but there are a couple I need a hand with. (I tried registering on your support forum but kept getting a socket error.) You can check out the site at http://swish.dietdigital.com.au
1. Tabs on product pages are not switching. I’m guessing this is some sort of jquery conflict?
2. Related products aren’t formatting properly (should be four columns, but it’s making two columns – at 1/4 column width – by adding ‘last’ to every second li entry. I had a look at the code behind it, but couldn’t quite figure it out.
Also, the slider would not display for me unless I reverted to some code from a previous version of the theme. Could you explain what changed with how it selects the featured portfolio posts?
Any assistance would be much appreciated.
Thanks for the quick reply. I’ve just watched all those videos, which do clear up a few things, but don’t help with the two errors I’ve described above. Are you able to offer any advice on how to fix these?
Hi, I’d like to show item prices with and without tax on the item page. Do you know how I might go about that please?
Price: £10 (£12 inc VAT)
UK VAT = 20%
As a temporary measure I added ’ (ex VAT)’ to the code below from woocommerce/templates/single-product/price.php but it isn’t showing up.
<p itemprop="price" class="price"><?php echo $product->get_price_html(); ?> (ex VAT)</p>
Hi, thanks for that — it works great with U-Design theme but not with Camp for some reason. Do you know which Camp template I should edit instead of woocommerce/templates/single-product/price.php?
PS… should we continue this here or on your support forum?
Actually, I found it: camp/single-product/price.php
Thanks for your help
Awesome, glad you found a solution. Feel free to post any future questions in our support forums.
Hi, I would like to add social icons in the product description boxes so customers can ‘share’ the page, do you have a short code to add in there?
Also if i wanted to change the theme font to ‘Swanky and Moo Moo’
where would i place the following:
<link href=’http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Swanky+and+Moo+Moo' rel=’stylesheet’ type=’text/css’>
font-family: ‘Swanky and Moo Moo’, cursive;
Hi, The theme works perfectly on a desktop and iPad, but looks awful on an iPhone. Any ideas on fixing that?
How do I make a product show up as a featured product on the homepage?
Check out the documentation in the “Help Section” folder of the theme. We walk through setting up the homepage with written and video documentation.
If you have questions after reviewing the documentation, please post them in our support forums:
as you can put a grid of six columns on the front to show six products horizontally?
Hi – in the installation files under miscellaneous there is a zip file called camp-wordpress-woocommerce. How is this different to the normal theme files? I looked in the documentation but could not see any mention of this. Thanks.
That is just a back-up of the theme files. It is an older version of the theme if anybody is still running WooCommerce 1.0. I assume at this point nobody is running that version though as 2.0.x has been out for some time.
No matter how I change the shortcodes around for 1/3, 1/2, etc. the first section is always a line higher up than the others. I checked your demo site and yours is misaligned as well. http://camp.progressionstudios.com/shortcodes/
Do you have the proper code to align text the correct way?
What is the code because I have no idea how to fix it?
I noticed you created a support forum account but have not confirmed an e-mail. The confirmation e-mail sometimes gets lost so I went ahead and confirmed your account. Feel free to post any questions in the forums now.
1. Can the slideshow’s height be increased?
2. I can see there’s no newsletter option, does this theme support the Wysija newsletter plugin?
1) Yeah the slideshow height can easily be increased.
2) Yeah, you can easily add in newsletter functionality via a plugin like Wysija or MailChimp.
Where do I enter my paypal email address? Every time someone tries to make a purchase, it says that there is a problem with the paypal account connection.
and there is a problem with thumbs…
in the plugin demo there is 2 options with thumbs.
one is with gray bullets and the other is with litlle thumbs.
with this theme the option of litlle thumb is not working just the first one with the bullets…
i asked the woothemes team about it and we checkd it when switch the site to the default twennty theme and is working – so its some Conflict with your theme and this plugin.

Published the forum.
I am having this weird problem with my theme – in the Camp featured widget I inputed the text I want and a button to the store. The store is working normally, but from the homepage if you try to reach it from this button it doesn’t load properly – www.avtokameri.bg/wpfiles/ The products doesn’t show and page doesn’t loads all of the content.
I really like the theme. I purchased it a couple of weeks ago and just launched my site a few days ago. I just happened to notice an update to the theme and was wondering how to update my version 2.3 if possible? Or is there specific files or code I can just update to make it current?
