Has anyone received support for this theme recently? Based on the comments I am wondering if support exists or is just very slow. I’m debating whether to jump to another theme or stick with this one.

I had sent you a request a couple of days ago – #385 – wherein I asked “We talked last year and you sent me materials to upload my theme. I am now running version 2.5.1. However, the links you sent to the documentation, and the only documentation I can find online are for version 2.4.3”. I updated the theme and now have several issues. Before I buy any new support (which is about 4 times the price for other theme support) I need to know what’s up with the conflicting versions.

I hadnt used my site for a while, wasnt election season. However, All of a sudden its showing all of my blog posts on the front page. Very weird. I didnt change any settings, just updated wordpress. Site is usakowski4supervisor.com

hello, can someone tell me, is it ribbon menu color can changed by simple changing colors on ribbon_menu.png or is it somewhere in style css. thanks in advance P.S. try changing on image but not changed on site, thats why asking.
Im waiting for you guys to update this theme. last update was in 2015, and thats a VERY long time for a theme not to be updated…with so many WP versions, plugin updates and all.

Thanks for reaching out. You are correct, it has been a while since we’ve released an update to Campaign. Fortunately, that means we haven’t had any major issues with the theme in that time!
That being said, we do have a list with a few maintenance items that we hope to address soon. In the meantime, are you looking for a particular feature or item that isn’t a part of Campaign?

Yes, the theme is still functional and supported by our team. The demo content should upload without any issues, the XML file is valid. The WP import plugin can be kind of tricky at times though. If you have any issues, please open up a ticket over on our forums and we can help you there:

Is it possible to use the boxed format without the sides of the ribbon showing? Just a solid bar across for the menu?

I’ve encountered some problems while working with your Google Maps Plugin. When I use the feature (in the Contact page) to change the location to a different one I get the following error when I reload the webpage, even when the selected location is the same one as the default (the White House):

We are using AIrtable for our data processing. Can we use Airtable directly with this?
It looks like Airtable has integration for WordPress: https://airtable.com/integrations/wordpress – But from my understanding, there’s not anything Airtable would need from the WordPress Theme. Everything is just data on the backend.

Not out of the box, you’d need to customize it yourself. You can point you in the right direction at our support forum.

Which, oddly enough, shares a name with our theme. You can’t get to our support forum because you haven’t bought our version of Campaign.

Can you open up a ticket over at our support forum? Have you worked through the included help file? Also, if you have any other plugins installed besides Options Framework, please deactivate all of them (except Options Framework). This will rule out a plugin conflict.

The theme comes with a campaign.xml file that you can install from your dashboard under Tools > Import > WordPress. That will install all of the demo content. Then you’ll just need to set your front page as Home under Settings > Reading.

Sorry, I’m still in the process of updating the demos (and thus the changelog). I released updates for literally all my themes today.
Nothing big here, just some updates to coincide with coding changes implemented in WordPress 4.3. Nothing will change in the display of the theme, it’s just back-end code updates.
