Is this WooCommerce 2.01 compatible?
yes, this is currently optimized for version 2 and 2.01, it’s only Envato hasn’t added version 2 in compatibility list.
Excellent work friend!!!Congratulations…
Awesome work mate,.
Congrats my friend! Fantastic! GLWS!
Thanks a lot bud , Hvala:)
Clean theme! Good luck
Best wordpress ecommerce themes 2013 period.
Thanks for the compliment
I have checked this theme and it is not very responsive on a ipad 3 in chrome which is disappointing. Also it is not true responsive because it defaults to the mobile navigation on an ipad
I revampled the responsive mode on ipads a bit. It will now show normal navigation on landscape and mobile only on portrait. I also added the slideshow on front page and product pages, and sorted the show layout. Responsive mode is best viewed without the iframe:
New version will be on Themeforest within a day or two.
Thank you for sorting the responsive bit out because i really want to buy this theme. It is for a large technology site and this would be a perfect template. Can you tell me do you offer installation of the template as a service at all or do you know somebody who I can use? Thank you in advance
we can offer a basic installation of the Wordpress theme + demo content so the Theme looks like live preview. If you choose to buy the theme you can then send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Hi Great theme!
I Get this error when I click on a product
Fatal error: Call to undefined method WC_Product::get_gallery_attachment_ids() in /home/userxx/domains/mydomain.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/Camy/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php on line 68
are you using the latest version of WooCommerce (2.01)? If you still have problems send us a ticket via the contact form on my profile:
No problem, enjoy the theme
I see two languages in your demo: English and Slovenian. Does the theme supports easily new language integration? Through what plugin? Do you have working example?
yes you can translate theme with WPML plugin.
after i installed the theme, i can’t find the 2 other installation i should do:
2. Install the Woocommerce plugin
3. Import Demo Wordpress demo content
where can i find those 2?
i did not see them in the file i downloaded from you.
Thanks for the help.
for 2 you need to download WooCommerce plugin. For 3 go to http://themesupport.premiumcoding.com/faq-topics/camy-ecommerce-theme/ and search for Demo content.
Want to set the page title banner ribbon to a certain width and center it. where can i do this?
Thanks in advance.
for support please write to email@example.com.
Love the theme. Looks really clean and fresh Just a few presale questions. I’m new to Wordpress so still not sure how everything works.
1. Is is compatible with bbPress?
2. Would I able to use the Styles with Shortcodes Plugin on CodeCanyon with this theme in order to create more layouts as this is only a 1 column layout and I’m worried I might be restricted with design?
3. Can the featured products on the homepage be made bigger as I will only have a small number of products to sell starting off?
Plus one of the most important things for me in a ecommerce theme is to have a product quickview/quickshop feature so customers don’t have to leave the page in order to view more details or add to cart. Would this be something you would consider adding in a future update as it is becoming more and more sought after for online shopping and I think it would help your already great theme stand out more
I have a couple of questions regarding the responsiveness on the iPhone but I see you’ve mentioned in an earlier comment that you will have another update soon so i’ll wait until then to check it out and purchase.
Many thanks in advance
thanks for the nice words .
1. yes it is, but if you would like to have the same styling as the theme has, you’d have to style it yourself.
2. I am sure you could use most of the shortcodes listed in the plugin, but to embed them on let’s say the front page, you would have to add that shortcode in the php file.
3. You would need some modifications in css for that (bigger images).
What info would you like to see on hover?
Also for more questions you can write at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Many thanks for your very quick response. Much appreciated.
I’ll send you an email shortly with some more queries.
Just another quick question.
Can the different elements of each homepage layout on the demo be easily combined to make one custom homepage?
So for example a homepage can contain all of the following…..
Slider or Slideshow,
The 3 boxes underneath that like the demo,
Your Tabs & Other Shortcodes,
Thanks and regards
yes, you set all that in theme’s admin panel. Simply check which ones you wish to have on the front page.
i have few questions:
1. i try to place header background image instead of the header (with the camera). i have few issues here:
a. i noticed the “empty” camera icon stay there. in addition, this is the menu area, so taking the code out for the header in the header.php did some issues for me.
b. the background image is larger then the size of the theme, and i want it to be stretched as well.
what is the best option for me to place my main header image in the header background, so it will fit without the effects i wrote up?
2. i want to center this background image. how can i do that as well?
for support please write to email@example.com with a note that you wrote already on theme and with a URL to your site so I can see how that looks like.
I’m currently working with a client who wants to setup a store and manage it with Wordpress+WooCommerce. Thus, I’ve stumbled upon your theme. I have a couple of client wishes that they need me to fulfill, but one of them is of the up most importance.
Is there a way, in the navigation menu, to color the background of one of the menu items, OR better yet, add another button, like you have in the demo page for the “CART”?
Also, have you tested your template with WooCommerce 2.0.3 which is currently the latest release?
Serious potential buyer.
1. you could add a css class in the menu, and then add that property in the style.css to style it. Second option can only be done with extra coding.
2. Yes, it is tested on the latest release.
Thanks and best regards
1. Couple of last quick questions. How extensive is your “Theme Options” interface? I don’t see any way to see a preview of that.
2. What kind of “editor” is there within the theme when a client is creating a new page or post? Is it just the default one from Wordpress or have you expanded on it?
I need ease of use for my client. Some more “backend” (wp-admin) screen shots would be more than welcomed. I can’t find any on your live demo site, unless I’m over looking them.
1. I can send you some screens of the theme, just write me to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. It is the default Wordpress one, with minor additions (like type of post, url fields for video post, etc.).
is it possible to add more details to single items? E.g. to choose color and choose size?
if you mean single product, this is variable product and you can add as many variable you need.
Sorry, I don’t undrstand it. I mean e.g I would like to sell honey, and would like to be able to choose the amount from a drop down menu. Is it possible? Thank you!
I mean you can add your own custom variables for product choosing like you mentioned color, size and anything else you would like. This is the ability of the WooCommerce plugin. So for instance you could make a special variable for type of honey. Amount can easily be increased in the cart (entering number directly or increase/decrease with plus/minus).
i love this theme but want to use jigoshop instead of woocommerce, would this be a difficult process to use jigoshop instead of woocommerce if i were to do it myself?
you would have to do all the styling on your own and that would be very time consuming. All styling classes are different in Jigoshop then in WooCommerce.
Is it possible to have the blog as the home page?
yes it is possible.
The main product image crops before the right and bottom border?
I need to turn off the light box image for the main products as well. Once again the image doesnt fit, moving it off the right of the border slightly.
Can you please provide a fix.
Products are being pushed out of alignment on main products page?
Only one question – on the single product page, there is a green bar on the top with headline is displayed as ‘Product Name’ and breadcrumbs navi below which is shown as ‘Home > Product Name’.
Would it be possible to have that headline to be ‘Sub-category’ of that product instead? Displaying Product Name both on the green bar and above the price is not quite make sense to my client.
Also on the breadcrumbs, can it put on as ‘Home > Shop > Category > Sub-category > Product Name’ instead..?
If you can assist me to achieve this result. There is no reason for me not to buy it.
breadcrumbs are the default ones from Woo, would need to modify it a bit. Same goes for the category/subcategory. I can give you a hand with it, shouldn’t be too hard to change.
thanks for purchase. If you will need help write to email@example.com.
