We downloaded the new version of the theme to set it up on a staging site, as the old version of the theme on the site was not compatible with the latest PHP version. We have published the staging site to live site now, but the purchase code is showing as activated on the staging site, because of which we are not able to use it for the live site. How can we transfer the purchase code from staging to production site?

Hi! Need desperate help with license key for Candidate theme. We are migrating the site to a new hosting platform and the key got reset after migration so we can’t make any changes to the options area. We also can’t seem to find the login info or reset for the Envato account.
Update! I was able to find the key, but it won’t let me activate because it is already active on another domain, but I can’t change the domain until after I migrate the site. Please advise.

So. . . I did the migration and the new key worked, but ran into another problem. Some of the graphics could not be replace no matter what I did. There were some remnants of the old url curtisbeulah.com/wordpress that I tried to replace with just curtisbeulah.com and that didn’t yield any results even though I see the url in the bad image link. Is there some other place I need to change the URL globally for the theme? Thanks!

This isn’t working. I have deleted theme, activated another theme, deleted all the related plugins. Installed latest candidate theme, after entering my license code and click activate, the page just reload without doing anything. Candidate theme option is still nowhere to be found, no plugins to update or install.

Hello sir, I have installed your theme on my multsite network and has Network Enabled the theme. Then I went to one of my subdomains and activated the theme license.
But now, when I am trying to activate the license on my other subsites that is – I am getting the following error:- Your key has been installed on another domain…..
Both subsites are sub domains within the same domain so i expect the license to work

Завтра будет апдейт версии до 6.7, Надо будет обновить тему и плагины. Если будут проблемы, продлевайте поддержку, открывайте тикет с wp-admin и ftp доступом и будем работать по вашей проблеме напрямую. Пока никто не регистрировал такую проблему, как вы описали

Hello nice theme for sure, but I test demo and see after opening takes time loading like 2 up to 3 minutes stilling loading, the same when navigate to other page take long time loading, I don’t think is your theme or server !

Как сделать, читайте тут https://velikorodnov.ticksy.com/article/4335/ Перед апдейты удалите Candidate functionality plugin, а после апдейта тема, вы должны активировать тему Appearance > Candidate. После поставьте опять плагин и обновите остальные плагины

Кое-что в основной отключали. Было бы быстрее, если сравнить с 5.4
Часто над сайтами работают разные люди и было бы удобно иметь возможность свериться с промежуточной версией

Версию 5.4 можно получить или надо продлить подписку?
