Had problems with parameters that were set the way I needed them, but they weren't working.
Global colors were set to green and navy, yet it was still showing the red that was set by default.
Set footer heading color to yellow, yet it showed as green on green.
Submitted a ticket: response was slow in coming, then they made changes I didn't ask them to.
Loaded demo content because we needed to complete the site in a day, but the sections on the Home page forced the change to the pages they linked to.
Had to recreate 5 pages so it wouldn't do that.
Settings not working. Poor customer support, and odd functionality made a simple website much more complicated.

Some colors you have to change using page builder. For each my customer I provide free demo installation and help, but customer should contact us. it's difficult to help you if you didn't write us ;)
Constantly getting license bug where the license disappears, and theme styles/edits revert.

I'm new to Wordpress and purchased this theme to give me a head start for designing an animal rescue site. I really love the flexibility, customization options and features of this theme. I'm two months in and have run into a few minor issues that were very quickly addressed through support. Sergii is very responsive, which is so critical for meeting timelines!
