Hello,
Apologies for the Inconveniences caused! No Bugs have been ignored. Your Support Query is related to the Slider working on a Touchscreen TV. We have checked the Demos and the Swipe/Touch gestures work perfectly fine for us on Touch Devices like iPad, iPhones or other Mobile Devices with Compatible Browsers. We have attached a Video of the Screen Recording with the Touch Gestures working on the Support Forums. Currently, the intended purpose of the Slider/Carousel and Revolution Slider is to work on Websites and Touch Devices that have the Browsers provided in the Compatible Browsers section on our Item Page.
