I just updated your theme, however nothing changed. It still says Version 3.3, the Select Core plugin didn’t upgrade, it’s still at 2.1.1 Any idea what’s going on?

Latest theme version is 3.4 (please see change log).

To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After the update all of the bundled plugins with available update should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

We can’t tell exactly when it is going to be released, but our developers are working hard on preparing updates for all our themes, and we will release them one by one. We hope that update will be available soon.

I’ve used this theme for a while successfully, but after updating WordPress, I can’t get Visual Composer to work anymore. It just says I need to “activate my copy of Visual Composer” and when I click on that it asks for a login and password for WPBakery…. which I never signed up for.

You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. Hi, I went to add more products in wordpress and woocommerce and the 6 rows is all I can see. I have 23 products but they don’t show up on the page, the page isn’t creating a second page, and I can’t add more than 6 rows. Wordpress says it is a theme preset. Can you help me with this?

Hi! I’ve bought these theme a while back. Now there is a big WooCommerce update (version 4.0). Is Capri ready for this update? Or are you still working on an update. If so, could you let me know when you expect to release that new version?

As well as you should know that we are working really hard on this for all our themes. Also we do always check if our themes are compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with the plugins it comes with and there is really no issue with that for sure.

You can, however you will get a notice that you do have some outdated files https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002243857-What-To-Do-If-You-Get-The-Outdated-Files-WooCommerce-Message But you should know that it will not refer to the themes performance as well as it will be replaced once the theme update is out.

Can we update to WooCommerce 3.9.1 safely, and will there be an update for WP Bakery soon? Currently its up to 6.1 and theme is at 6.0.5… thanks we love your theme!!!

We will include the latest version of WPBakery in our next theme update, and yes, the current version is 6.0.5 and the theme is working fine with it.

In case that you want the new version, please send us an email at helpcenter@qodeinteractive.com, include your purchase code and ask our agents for the new version of the WPBakery plugin.

Regarding the WooCommerce, last compatible version is 3.7.0, but we tested the latest version with Capri theme and everything seems fine, so feel free to update it.

Hi there, I’ve just updated the select core theme for this one and now images aren’t showing on the website? They are there in the media files, I have checked the htacccess etc. (and the other usual go-to’s) but still nothing is working. The images are still displaying on the maintenance mode landing page I created and the footer, but nowhere else on the site, such as sliders etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi There, I’m using this theme again for a rebrand of one of my sites, but I am having huge issues importing the demo content (for 3 days now) where it hangs on 60% and doesn’t move. Everything in the PHP options is set to the highest, with 300 seconds for server time out, I’ve spoken to my hosting and increased the CPU memory which is no longer maxing out. What is going wrong? I’ve tried just installing the widgets and it’s still doing the same thing! Any help is greatly appreciated.

We are happy to hear that everything is working properly now.

There is no option within the theme to place an image within the header, however you could set it using simple custom CSS or by setting a page title area and using simple CSS to make it sticky.

Hello there, I followed the instructions to setup a sidebar on the woocommerce shop page.

while it works on the shop page itself it doesn’t work on the category pages. the category page does not inherit the sidebar setting from the shop page

How do i setup a sidebar on the woocommerce category pages.

Having a strange issue with the menu order not saving. Certain items default to these certain positions no matter how I drag them around. Disabled all plugins down to the core ones even some of those are disabled but still have the issue. Any idea?
