Another fantastic theme from Select: beautifully designed, flexible, frequently updated, good documentation and great support that always help well! You are in safe hands.
Only issue that I have (and is the same for many themes) is loading speed, some assistance with this in the theme itself would be great to reduce the extra plug-ins that are required.

First class quality support. Not only a beautiful and versatile theme for Wordpress, also they have an excellent support team.
Overall, they have been helpful. I've all my questions answered and they made it easy for me to make the changes myself.
Wonderful theme with excellent customer support and very easy to use.
Easy to use theme with lots of flexible features, especially if you are a beginner to using Wordpress to create your own fully customizable website. Amazing customer support, patient and quick turn around to questions for helping you figure out parts of theme construction you are stuck on and explain things simply to create fixes.

Design is amazingly sleek and beautiful, perfect for feminine websites! Fell in love at first site. However, frontend editor is hard to use. Some elements doesn't appear at the frontend editor. I recommend changing to a frontend editor that actually works on both frontend and backend, not just functions well at backend. Other than that, if you're okay with this setback, highly recommend this theme if design is your main importance.
Lots of options design-wise, very modern and clean. Support is also excellent, whenever I have questions on how to do something the support team is quick in responding with a solution, be it directions on how to navigate the dashboard to find what I need or even providing the appropriate CSS to plug in.
Great support even after it's expired. Thank you very much for your help and reactivity.
My issue got risolved in a very short amount of time! I desperately had tried to solve it myself before ;) Keep this quality up! :)
So easy to customise, we made a really beautiful and unique site using this..

Absoultely terrible customer support.
Clauses everywhere:
We respond only on business days
Do not put more than 2 questions
Do not send more than 1 ticket
And even if you adhere to all of this it takes 3 days for the guys to respond, sometimes they dont even bother checking issues but send links.
No matter how much data you provide they tend to ignore as all they care about is closing your ticket!

We located your ticket on our support forum. As we could see, due to numerous plugins you are using it looks like those plugins are causing conflict with our theme and comment section. We really owe you an apology for waiting a bit longer, we were dealing with increased activity on ThemeForest, but are back in full speed again and we are handling all ticket in average response time. We do have work hours and those are stated on welcome screen.
Our support team is really dedicated to solve all problems that are theme related.
We really hope once all this is sorted out you'll change this bad impression you've got so you'll be satisfied and find a joy working with our theme.
