This theme is not working with PHP 8.
After updating all plugins, the theme and wordpress we switched to PHP 8.0. And the website doesn´t work anymore. Do you know what to do?

Hi, purchased this theme in the past and now, after years, we got the problem here in EU that Google fonts cause legal warnings from lawyers… how is it possible to use local fonts with the theme (like in other seems, where local fonts can be implemented very easily). Thanks for your reply!

Custom font can be configured in theme settings, to get help of how to set it, you will need to create new support topic.

Yes, you can customize the form using visual content editor. You can add/edit/remove components. Only the form which you see under ‘CONTACT DETAILS’ section with name, email, phone and comments fields isn’t fully customizable. You can change only labels there and make those fields required or not.
Why am I required to use my themeforest username and password to use your off platform support?
You don’t need to use the same login details, you just need to use the same username so your purchase can be verified and assigned correctly. Password doesn’t need to be the same, you can use any other.

Hi there. I would like to ask if it is possible to tell me why the contact form is not working anymore. I checked the password but I guess is something else. Also I installed third party form creating plugins but still is not working. I am guessing that something happen to the template in the mean time. Updated to most recent theme, 6.4, and updated to recent slider revolution, 6.5.1 but slider is no longer showing on home page. Just empty white space now. I tried to remove code and put back in homepage and tried refreshing permalinks but still same issue.

Is it possible to get the latest version of WPBakery? I have version 5.6 currently and updated the theme to the latest version. When I go to update WPbakery to 6.6 as it says in the require plugins installer, it says plugin is already at the most recent version, which isn’t true and still shows the 5.6 version when I check the plugins page.
Please remove your current version of WPBakery and theme will display notice to install included one, follow screen instruction then.

I have raised a refund request but it has been rejected. You claim that the theme is highly configurable but there are very limited theme options as compared to the other themes in the market. It is not highly configurable. You are stuck with one header style on the theme. When i used my logo on theme it looked very small and when i used a bigger logo the header just goes out of the roof. There are no options to manage the header height? so how do you claim to be highly configurable when i am stuck with your only one header option and a compromise to squeeze my logo based on what you have coded???? I have already bought other theme and this theme is not workable for me.

I have already bought another theme which is more flexible and provide more options out of box rather than contacting the support for small things and wait for a day for the answer. Your theme is not flexible at all, it doesn’t even provide the flexibility to change the very top header background color through any of your theme options. I feel like i got misguided by your theme description but rather you should list all the options provided in your admin area.
i am happy to list all the options provided so people like me can easily check what admin option they will get when they buy this theme. Soon i will be writing pros and cons for this theme based on my (user) experience and posting here so anyone looking to buy this theme is aware of what flexibility or challenges this theme offers and they can decide to invest their money. According to the refund policy your theme doesn’t do what you have offered on your theme details and hence i like refund.

Your theme lists images which are included, and says “Premium images you can use along with this Theme without asking permission” but all of the images listed say they are no longer available.
They are no longer available for purchase on Photodune but they are included with theme dummy data, so after theme installation you can import them with demo content.
