Are you ever actually going to update the theme? I alerted you on some jquery issues months and months ago after WordPress updated the libraries. It’s within the Theme Support plugin. It’s throwing all kinds of errors on the dashboard.
Also, WP Bakery is at 6.7 now and you are still giving us 6.2. You just updated the them on July 8th. You should have at least given us one of the newer versions of that plugin with that update.

I’ve sent you a ticket months ago and nothing you suggested resolved anything. You need to update your theme to be compatible with the newest WordPress jquery libraries. The only solution is to install the Enable Jquery Migrate Helper plugin. That will fix the issues and functionality problems with your theme. That also fixes the tab issue with not being able to make updates to theme from the theme settings.
That plugin is only needed if you are using the old jquery library from WordPress pre-5.5. It is very misleading to advertise your theme as being compatible with newer versions of WordPress. Just fix the theme and make it compatible with the new jquery libraries in WordPress so we can stop relying on the Enable JQuery Migrate Helper plugin which was only intended to be a temporary fix for WordPress until themes and plugins could catch up. These like yours.
