Hi I recently checked your theme’s speed in https://gtmetrix.com/ It’s less. May you assure us that after purchasing your theme you can help if the site get down?
Also not able to open Elementor to edit for single page. I have tried to open an account in https://pbminfotech.support/index.php but haven’t received any mail yet.

For the site speed, we are using high graphics and lot’s of content on a single page so the speed is not very good. We focused on the overall look. So the site speed is down. Also we don’t have very heavy server too. But your site will be quite fast if you have good server, optimized graphics and limited content on homepage. Also it’s good if you use any caching plugin or use server side caching service.

Hello,
The Kirki plugin just released their new version v4.0.3 which has so many bugs. The bug effects our all theme. So we suggest you to revert back to the older version. The steps are very easy and it just takes 1 minute to solve the issue. We created video for the steps. Please see this video:

I have 3 questions: -Can we change the banner image for all inner pages. the demo shows the same image on all pages so not sure. -Do I need to create a child theme if I plan to add my own CSS? -Can I pull sections from one homepage to another? Will I be able to adjust the fonts, spacing, padding and border radius of elements? thanks.

Thanks for asking. Here are our comments:
- Can we change the banner image for all inner pages. the demo shows the same image on all pages so not sure.
—I think you are asking for the Titlebar background image. The Titlebar is the area where you can see page title, breadcrumb and background image. The answer is yes, you can change the background image globally and also from a single page too. We are providing option to change that background image from a single page or post (via a meta box).
- Do I need to create a child theme if I plan to add my own CSS?
—No you don’t need to create child theme. We are already providing option to add your own custom CSS and JS code.
- Can I pull sections from one homepage to another? Will I be able to adjust the fonts, spacing, padding and border radius of elements?

Thanks for your message. We created PSD file but not ready as we created different elements in different PSD files. We will merge all and try to send you. We are not sure when it will be ready as currently we have limited designer staff.

I purchased this and would be trying it out this week. I just hope Elementor Pro isnt a requirement. Because if that’s the case, I’d be very much disappointed.
No way I’m willing to buy Elementor Pro, knowing I wont be getting security updates when my subscription runs out. According to a WSJ survey, over 90% of people who make websites never generate revenue. and I think it’ll be insane to teether your clients to Elementor Pro if you’re hoping for very good good sales.

Thanks for writing us. The Elementor Pro is not required and we are using Elementor free version which available on WordPress plugin site. So you don’t need to worry about the license.
Also we created our own custom elements for special sections with the Elementor free plugin so you will get some useful and enhanced elements too.
