I'm leaving a 5-star rating because the customer support was very good at fixing an issue for me. This theme does have a Plugin issue and it was fixed.
I had an issue with the Theme Options section but everything works well now after contacting support. it's working flawlessly now. Thanks Zubair

Don't buy this item for your safety, it simply doesn't work, I'm waiting for the refund since like 3 months and the support staff seems like is answering like a bot. They made me so tilty, we are not talking about few money

The theme looks great when viewing it, i bought t and when i installed it... there's lots of bugs... the customer support turnaround time needs improvement. it took a day and hrs to get back to my ticket. I saw the reply 9 minutes after the customer support agent Zubair replied. I am waiting for another day to get the reply again :(

I'm highly disappointed. It took forever for me to choose a template. I chose this one because everyone kept saying the support was great. It isn't. And the demo file doesn't work. So basically what I have is website that looks like Wordpress that I paid for. Also, they don't tell you, but you have to pay for the slider afterward -- that's why the pricepoint is so cheap.

Helpful customer support and the included plugins, like KingComposer are a real plus.

I'm leaving a 5 star rating because the customer support was very good in fixing an issue for me. This theme does have a bug or 2 and needs to be updated again (KingComposer needs to be updated as well but that's a seperate issue).
I was having an issue with the Theme Options section not saving or functioning perfectly, but everything works good now after contacting support. I'm not sure what they did to fix but it's working flawlessly now. However as mentioned above this theme needs an update.

I liked the visual of this template, was a great fit for my client. There were several things I needed to change and had to contact customer support to do that. Customer support is very good, answered all my questions within 24 hrs or fixed a minor issue directly at the site admin.
