Not user friendly at all. Overly complicated, design flaws due to bugs or something. Trying to add jobs or anything else is just a nightmare.

I hope you are doing great as you have explained your problem already any new feature which we never advertised does not cover updated standard support and that is also not included in the support policy to give extended Code Level support yes still do small help but if things come to big I am afraid to tell that we can't help with that asking for a refund is only possible if you will request from this URL https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new I am afraid to tell that we don't have Authority to issue refunds automatically.

Note: we will not do any custom changes with our Standard Support we can only help with advertised features on ThemeForest on item detail page I hope this is clear to other users as well the reason behind your Bad ratings is your Personal Changes in Design as you stated already which is not covered in support,

If you ask a question to customize the design, you only get answers like "You need to hire someone that can do the custom feature changes for you." they are not a big help

I have reached out to support several times for assistance. I don't understand why whoever it is on skype doesn't want to help me. All I want to know is how to change my theme back careerfy. Yall don't answer my emails nor really reply back on skype. The support service is horrible.
