I have tried to leave a message on your support page but it tells me that the chosen template “Carina” is not available on that page.

I have purchased and installed the template but it is not possible to update any of the them options, I change the logo and the colour option but it keeps referring back to the default settings.

The template description says that it is fast loading when it is possibly the slowest template I have ever used.

I would like a refund please as I will need to find an alternative that works correctly.

Hi, I am encountering two main problems with this theme I cannot solve on my current website (reloco.it).

When on the single shop item from a mobile phone:

- the page does not scroll when the user scrolls over the main image, leaving space for scrolling only on the empty borders;

- ​when an item has many images (e.g., https://reloco.it/prodotto/camicia-uomo-mezza-manica-tg-m/)​, they show on the top. The arrows that should be used to scroll through them don’t always show up properly; moreover, when the user reaches the rightmost image and then scrolls to the next one, it would be better if the rightmost image becomes the leftmost and the slider shows all the following images instead of just the next one.

Is this theme compatible with StoreFront. I’d like to use the woocommerce subscription, so was wondering if it would work smoothly.

Dear author, I bought and installed the theme, however, I get a message in Wordpress there are compatibility issues with WooCommerce version 4.0.1.

Is it intended that importing the demo content doesn’t import everything like the demo. Only a few things were imported. Many images are missing, slider revolution sliders were not imported, menus also were not imported. Could you please help me with this asap?
