I asked for help with a bug they have in the logo and they deleted all the css, they have very little experience in support, I do not recommend it.

Theme is mostly eye candy, has a great desing but has a lot of bugs (mostly on the elementor widgets), the theme author is aware of the bugs and havent updated the theme. Support is good but their solutions will make you recreate their demo side instead of fixing the issues.

A very good theme 4 a butcher and the customer support was awesome.
