The theme looks good on the demo but there are many asset files missing(like .cur ones, I understand the images are not included) and there are 100s of bugs that I am currently fixing.

Excellent real estate template which is designed encompassing the requirements of any real estate company. The thought process counts when designing themes. Most of them are either too generic or too basic. This theme expounds thoughtful design.
