Hello, I need a refund. I purchased this item and unable to use it cause Kingcomposer plugin is not available in wordpress. Not sure how can you sell an item which requires a plugin but that plugin is not available. You said you will set it up for me for free but I asked how can i edit the website if the plugin is not available, also asked if elementor can be used. I got no response. The KimComposer plugin is something that has already been discontinued and not available on WordPress. And therefore product description is very well MISLEADING.

We’ve purchased and used other themes via Evanto and we had no issues. We do not want to pay for something that doesn’t work.

What’s the point in me downloading a plugin that WordPress has discontinued.

King Composer had been discontinued by WordPress. And if this theme only works with King Composer you shouldn’t have been listing the cathedral Wordpress theme for sales in the first place.

This is out right DISHONESTY and you are MISLEADING people here. And you have disabled ratings for this theme which summarizes your shadiness here.

My appologies… HostGator is the WORST! I sat on chat with them most of yesterday trying to get them to help me upgrade PHP! They said they did, but I investigated today and see that they DID NOT! I got it to load.

just purchased a copy of the church theme. Trying to activate the theme loads a blank page? Note I had to manually copy the church theme folder into the theme folder as it exceeded my upload limit. any ideas why it loads a blank page and won’t activate
