I purchased this theme from you guys a week ago and paid for the 1 day installation. The host (godaddy) says all is good on there side. The installer is having problems with the Revolution slider. Please see below
Hello. They’re wrong. The theme is fully setup and all the plugins are imported, but the import process of the “Revolution slider” plugin requires the ZipArchive extension to be enabled. There’s nothing wrong with the theme / plugin or the installation, but it’s related to your host’s settings.
The plugin is a very popular one and it works fine on 99% of the hosts. There’s nothing I can do on my side.
You can try contacting the theme author if you’re sure the issue is not coming from your host, I only use the files and info provided by the theme author, I’m not the author of that theme / plugin and therefore can’t offer much assistance regarding to their code.

I have written several tickets over the course of the past week – all have gone unanswered. Here are the issues:
(1) The tabs feature is not working on the homepage. You can only see the one that is set default (open) – the others do not populate when you click on the tab. Nothing happens.
(2) The LOAD MORE button for the gallery does not work. Instead, you see the code
(3) The mobile menu does not work. Again, click on it in the mobile and nothing happens.
I really need these items resolved NOW.

Hi, I am disappointed with the kind of support I am getting. So, many people who are purchasing the theme have this same problem of not able to import sliders. But, still the issue has not been resolved.

Hi, I had posted the issue on your support forum 10 days back. But, I havent got any reply yet. I want my money back if even this second issue is not solved. I and my client cannot wait any longer. Regarding the other slider import issue, I have left hope that you guys will fix it. But, this icon display issue must be fixed asap.
Lots of people (me included) cannot download the demo content. The files are corrupt and there is no solution here or on the support forums.
