It seems that you are referencing an image which does not exist any more in the media library – please look for the image page elements on the specific page and make sure that they are all referencing an existing media library images (perhaps it was removed form the media library in the meantime).

i am encountering this issue with the latest Wordpress 5.9.3 version which is appearing on my template header. How can i fix this or do i need to renew my support to have you correct this?

Theme Child Version 1.0.9, Theme Version 1.3.8 and Celebration Plugin Version 1.3.8
That is the latest theme version, however the file /wp-includes/formatting.php is WP core file (not theme file), so this does not seem related to our theme. You may try to deactivate plugins (one by one) to find out if any of them is causing this.
I have disabled all plugins and the only time the error disappears if Celebration Plugin is disabled but the shortcut tags would appear on the page but no error would be there. This issue only seems to be affecting my home page and 4 pages drop down menus after the home page.
We are unable to reproduce the issue. Please send us your WP admin and FTP credentials to info@bold-themes.com so that we can take a closer look at this.

Hi, we have received your email. A file in Celebration plugin was modified and that was the cause of this issue. We have now reinstalled Celebration plugin and it seems fine now.

In general you can change the overall color scheme in theme customizer, but we are not sure if this is want you want to do.

Hi, Excellent theme. Is there any way to put a text block or another thing in footer area? Now is only possible in footer right icons and footer widgets is out of this. There is not a footer center area and footer left area.

The footer functions like this – the upper part of the footer can be edited using Footer Widgets widget area. As many widgets as you place there will be one aside another in the upper part of the footer.
The lower part of the footer consists of footer menu (left part), subtitle and title (center part) and icons (right part). Subtitle and title can be set on Appearance > Customize > Header & Footer panel and icons can be managed using Footer right icons area.
If you uncheck the current footer menu and remove the values of Custom Footer Text, Footer Supertitle and Footer Title on Appearance > Customize > Header & Footer the lower part of the footer will disappear and you will be able to manage the footer content only using widgets as you wish
Related to alignment, if you edit the column which contains the content, you will notice Align property. Try setting this to Center for the specific content you wish to centrally align.

You can do it by adding the following css statement to Custom CSS field of Appearance > Customize > General Settings:
span.btVerticalMenuTrigger {
display: none !important;
}
It should hide the menu trigger icon.

We do not have previous versions of the theme available – please enable WP_Debug – https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG or take a look at the php error log to pinpoint the reason why the site is broken. Let us know which fatal error causes this.

Hi, downloaded your theme demo but the horizontal centered menu setting seems different from the demo website and how it looks when imported.
Your demo website shows 2 navs for horizontal centered menu: <nav class=”leftNav”></nav> <nav class=”rightNav”></nav>

Oops..my mistake, you were right it was JS messing up the theme particularly Fusion Builder. Disabled it and its now working perfectly. Thanks for pointing out!

As you can see on gtmetrix https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.villafeanda.it/j1LFCi0j my site with yout theme is loaded in 30 seconds O.o and send 223 request to the database.
My homepage it’s very cleaner and include a single youtube video, but I see more request to google video that slowly my site.

The problem with the site as you can see from the report is the fact that you do not leverage browser cache. You can use third party plugins for this such as W3 Total Cache – https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
It is natural that YouTube player sends requests over time since it does not load the entire video upfront – it streams the video bit by bit as it is played.

First, please remove or set up properly Instagram widget at the bottom of the page – it causes JavaScript exception which prevents the menu to be properly displayed.
Division by zero is usually the indication that the script can not read image dimensions for some reason. Try replacing logo images with some others from the media gallery and see if the issue persists.
If it does, please send us wp-admin credentials to info@bold-themes.com so we can take a closer look at the issue.
