absolutely terrible support. I had to renew another 6 months of support to just be able to tell them about a bug with THEIR theme. And 48 hours later i still havent had a response. Nothing. This is an urgent issue that has our ecommerce store unable to sell certain products and its been 100% identified as directly tied to the theme.
Terrrrrrrrible support. buyer beware.

Sorry to read such a review. Our support team has processed your ticket earlier today, could you please check ticksy, and reply back to them, so hopefully this will be resolved soon.
And please note that we did not include WooCommerce compatibility in Central theme, like we have in our newer themes, but our team will do their best to help on this. And apologies for waiting longer for the answer, your ticket caught up the weekend when we're working with less people, and answering time is a bit longer.
Hope this will be successfully resolved soon.
