hello, I just purchased the Centrix theme and need some help. Is this the only way to contact you for support? I tried through ticksy account but it says the account is inactive.
The issue is on my home page using showcase 3, how do i make the light box inactive so it doesn’t open the image. I have no need for this function.

I tried to use your theme, but my computer crashed many times. I have MacBook Pro (14”, 2021) RAM 16 GB Chip Apple M1 Pro
PageSpeed and GTMetric test fails for this template. Is there any fix for this?

1. You’re using HTML version, not WordPress. The main purpose of GTMetrix and PageSpeed are used to conduct a speed test, not SEO test as well.
2. Spamming will not resolve your problems.
3. You asked for support without screenshots or site url. We also replied your ticket immediately but you did not reply our response.

Yes, this domain expiry unfortunately really keeps us behind. We just tried installing the theme and we get an error to connect to your domain to download the plugins. Download failed. cURL error 35: OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to paul-themes.com:443 .

It seems that it cannot access your server, where the three Plugins are stored. Can you please provide me working links?

Misconfigured server? The links work with “http”, but not with “https”.

Thank you for interested in Centrix theme.
Elementor plugin has 2 versions: free and Pro. Elementor plugin author does not offer developer license for the Pro version and does not allow to built-in Pro version of plugin to themes. So, you’ll be able to use free version of the Elementor but in case you want to get Pro version you will need to buy individual license, our theme supports Elementor Pro.
All our demos are built using the free version of the Elementor plugin. So, Elementor Pro is not required.
