Dear author, First of I want to say this is a beautiful theme! When I purchased it, I was in a hurry and did not realize it is specifically a Shopify theme using Liquid. Would you be kind enough to refund my money as I cannot use this theme. I will be happy to send the unused files and license back to you.

This file which you used are wrong. In this package include: guides, licensing, samples data and source. You need choose one of all options which you want in SOURCE folder and set up for your website!

The trouble I’m going through just to get some support from these guys is very frustrating. After several days now they tell me my purchase code is invalid. Which it clearly is not. Not happy with the level of support i have received thus far. Will keep you posted.
And another day goes bye. I have sent them all the information they require on multiple occasion and still no response. Will follow up with Themeforest support now.
And now because i have put these negative comments here they are just ignoring me. Beware to deal with this provider. I have a current service agreement and they are ignoring my requests.

Any of your support requests are related to Customize. It sounds like you are new to Shopify.
As we said, you need to upload all the images you want and select the collections (containing the products you want) in Customize. As such, it should display well!

Hi I have recently purchased your crerama theme, and there is an issue with the banners on the homepage not picking up the product collections.

I keep getting sent in a loop for setting up an account via the theme, The accounts icon links to the homepage, is this something I need to set?

Hi Collegaues, I’ve just purchased a license of CERAMA template for shopify.
Shopify dosn,t allow to upload the theme ,so I can not install it. Shopify shows the following: “Zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template layout/theme.liquid”
