Too hard to make it into your own website. My webdesigner even didn't understand this theme.

Bonjour, j'ai la version 5.8 de wordpress, beaucoup de bugs notamment sur les images, que je suis obligée de re télécharger chaque semaine, si je ne procède pas à la mise à jour, des bugs interviennent sur les extensions.
Comptez-vous faire une mise à jour du thème prochainement ?

Please, note that our theme passed strong tests on Envato Market before releasing. It is why there is a procedure when someone reports a bug.
We haven't tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet. It would be best to wait until we release an official update, but you can also try using Classic Widgets plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
We are constantly working on updating all our themes. Our developers are working hard on preparing updates, and we will release them one by one. We hope that update will be available soon.
Regarding the issues with images, we couldn't reproduce this on fresh local installation, so you should know that you can always turn to our support team and you are more than welcome to submit a request on our Help Center.
Our agents will be happy to answer any question or assist you in resolving any theme related issue that might occur.

Theme looks nice but it comes with quite a few bugs.
More than one Shortcode used to build the beautiful pages you see in the preview just can't be used with new WP versions (for example the Image Waterfall used in the Landing Page in the Preview). Probably not very well maintained (for example the countdown shortcode ending date is actually just reaching 2020). On some browser the sliders containing videos are displaying the spinner while loading, but it never ends and you need to reload the page to see the slider). The documentation is also not very clear, it only explains every single option of the theme shortcodes but not how set the pieces to work properly. I've spent a lot of time opening tickets with the help center. At the help center it really depends which operator you get in the lottery; some are very supportive and try to give you answers to solve theme issues while others just answer "theme does not support this or that feature" (even when the 'website logo' displays completely out of position in the site main header on IE - we all know IE is outdated but at least logo and menu should work properly - I get the answer "IE is definitely not a standard").
So, if you are CSS, PHP and Javascript expert, probably you can use this theme adjusting things by yourself. If you are not be prepared to contact the support service more times than expected and probably to end up with a result different from what you planned.

The one click import makes it easy to use and support questions are answered quickly.
Great theme, such a shame about the support. Very slow, no where to ask questions, re-set accounts or passwords and no direct way to contact the authors.

customer support is slow, but they get the job done.
I'm a HUGE fan of Elated Themes. But this theme I've had on my site for at least 2 years, and with all the wordpress updates and plugins ... I never had any issues with this theme breaking. So the coding must be really awesome. It's literally the ONLY theme I've ever worked with that had like ZERO issues. SUPER high quality. Thanks!
