Presale Question: when was the Theme last updated? 2021 or 2023. It shows 2 different dates. Does it support latest WooCommerce and PHP 8?

Will woo theme files be updated to their most recent versions?

You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. bought the theme 2021 and was very satisfied. Now I have to switch the server to PHP 8.0 and I always get the Fatal Error code: ) argument must be of type array|object, null given wp-content/themes/chapterone/framework/lib/icons-pack/icons-pack.php on line 536. Theme version 1.5 is installed. How can I fix the bug?

However, I switched the page back to php 7.4, because otherwise it would not work.

Hello, like other people I am presenting a critical error for Woocomerce. It says that I have an outdated version of the Woocommerce templates, that I should discuss it with the author of the Theme. The error is serious and does not allow editing pages or post.

I had to go back from version 7.2 to 6.2.1 because it wouldn’t let me edit pages or anything.

When will you update the Theme? Since 2021 this template has not been updated and this seems serious to me because you may soon abandon this template and it will stop being useful shortly. It’s something we can’t ignore and just go to an older version of Woocommerce.

We are experiencing some temporary interruptions with live demo and hopefully it should be resolved soon.

We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however it will be listed in the change log.

We’ve added compatibility for block-based widgets added in WP 5.8, so theme should work correctly on latest version of WP.

Its disheartening that the support for this product is too slow. Since i bought this theme, i have had issues but support has been very bad. i have raised several tickets yet no response. Kindly respond to my queries pls. Kinda regreting right now.

When updating theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update theme all of the bundled plugins with available update should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Also, in case that you are using cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that cache plugin stays deactivated during theme update.
