I am getting some issues using RIT causes to show my campaigns. Is it a known issue? Is it related to wordpress or visual composer updates? Last theme update was on Feb 2019. Visual composer is not updated. Do you have any update planned?

Can I integrate PayFast Payment Gateway as I’m based in South Africa
Hi, I work for client and he has theme version 1.2.2 with child theme. When I install new version of theme everything crash, I could not open even /wp-admin. When install newest version of theme on fresh installation of Wordpress 5.0.3 theme required 4 new plugins in difference on older version 1.x.x. Newer version of theme do not have the best menu on mobile, you must refresh to get correct menu when you resize from bigger dimensions.
All in all new them is not good at all.

This could give you problems if you have done heavy customizations with CSS or if you are overriding templates in a Child Theme. We have tried to keep the theme as backward compatible as possible.
We’re really sorry if the upgrade gives you problems, but we really think you will love the new Charitable.
You can always go back to version 1.2.x if there is too many problems with your current installation.
Always take a backup before upgrading: Always take a backup of Theme Options and site when upgrading to a major new version! What it mean:
We don’t support Charitable 1.x any more. That being said, Charitable 1.x won’t be updated (new features, bugs fixed, improvement) any more. If you are OK with your current Charitable 1.x theme, you can use it. But without new features and skins from Charitable 2.x. We strongly recommend you to move to Charitable 2.x
There is no easy way to update Charitable 1.x to Charitable 2.x. Basically you should create new store with Charitable 2.x

Uninstall Charitable 1.x theme Uninstall rit-core plugin Install Charitable 2.0 theme (zoo-charitable.zip)

I do not know what is happening. The donate button no longer works all of a sudden. I have no intentions of switching to the new theme as well. I just want the donate button to work and link with the PayPal account on file for my client.

Hello.
I have not updated the template since 2016, when you corrected errors on my hosting. Now the Visual Composer stopped working. It does not save new posts and any page editions. None of the two upgrade methods works. Automatic updating via plug-in by API shows error. When manually loading the template on FTP, error 500 occurs. How to update the theme so that everything works correctly?

Dear David, I did not buy this theme myself. It was bought by someone else then used by this site I am updating. I got a license certificate with all info, but no login info. Is there another way to get the updates without login? Kind Regards

We tried to update the theme today using the auto updater and got a package not found error. When we used the FTP method to update, our header broke completely and everything went crazy. We reverted back to 1.2.0. Also the release notes don’t indicate that you updated visual composer—when you fix this theme update can you be sure to update VC as well!

Just want to check before buying the theme
1. Will this theme support PayuMoney payment gateway, Mailchimp subscription? Whether we need to buy the extension separately from charitable plugin. 2. I see site loading is slow. Is there any option to disable the animated loading. 3. Is there any option for users to create a campaign and admin should approve to go live.
