hello, this is a pre purchase question, can we add custom profile tab? then add a custom fields with ACF? like we want to create 3 different dashboard, so each dashboard will have different tab with different custom fields.
We don’t have option to create custom fields. In this case, you might need to hire a coder to implement it directly.

1. I create new customer in admin section 2. I add $ amount to the new customer that I just created. 3. Customer logs in to his account with his username to view balance 4. Customer can pay full or partial amount. 5. Customer is able to view payment history

I have purchased the Chariti – Charity & Donation WordPress theme but i have installed the theme and all plugins.
but in Demo import page doesn’t display correctly and Start Demo Import Button not working. I have changed all these (
PHP max_execution_time at least 300 secs and memory_limit at least 512MB is recommended. If you’re importing main demo (Full Version), PHP max_input_vars is recommended to be at least 4000.

Hi I am looking to purchase the theme however I have few pre sales questions:
We have a religious organization and would like users to donate either one time or recurring donations. Also we would add amount owed to each customer thru admin and users will be able to see how much they need to pay. I am not looking to run any campaigns just a page where user can donate and track history. Is something like this possible with ur theme?

You can create a page to receive the donate as you wish. For the track history, the donators must create an account to able track their donate or you will need create a page and fill the donate amount manually everytime.

For example, when a person log in to their account, on the left they can access to another page that includes some membership special page that includes a post or video etc? (it seems there is only subpages for donation specific purposes on the template)

1. To add subpages to account pages, you need to customize them (the fundraise master plugin).
2. You can use WP Rocket plugin but it’s a paid plugin so you need to purchase it yourself.

1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not?
2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/
3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.
After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.
1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.
2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.
3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.

I’am unable to edit the cause & portfolio page with “block editor”, THere is no option to switch from classic editor to block editor..
while editing the post pages, There is option to switch from classic to block, But not in the Cause, Portfolio& Personnel page.

2. What is standard Stripe? Credit card? GPay, Apple Pay etc. are not standard?
Your theme is finely tuned, perfectly built but the main mechanism of donations is not fully understood. If the payment is processed directly on the site, and not on a verified Stripe-type resource, this can be embarrassing for the payer
