I just updated Elementor on my site and now all the Chariton objects on my pages have disappeared! They are still in Elementor’s list of elements, but all the ones on my pages are gone. My front page has been destroyed! Is there a way to bring them back or do I have to recreate them all?

I purchased the Chariton theme 3 years ago and has been working smoothly, but now suddenly the donation (with Give plugin) is resulting in an error message: ‘There has been a critical error on this website.Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.’ . I did a test with my credit card (3x), and get the error every time but the money actually gets taken off my account and shows up in the dashboard as well. Paypal also shows in the dashboard as pending but the user see an error as well. What solutions do you have to fix this as it is a critical bug stopping us from raising money at the moment which is of course the purpose of the site.

Hi there, I’ve purchased and installed the theme. It says slider revolution is included, but when I attempt to go into the slider revolution templates I am redirect to their website and asked to purchase a licence or transfer one from CodeCanyon. Could you please assist?

We have an issue with thew theme that I am not sure how to navigate. The live site that we are using the theme on had some images from the demo data that apparently are images that someone is claiming we do not have the rights to use. We have already scrubbed the images from the site so they are not live but they are asking for a payment of $1,400. How do we resolve this? Is there any documentation I can give them that shows we are in the clear because we purchased a license to the theme?

1. Mismatch: the link is called donations, and breadcrumbs are the name of the page ‘Form’ 2. The login button is not displayed 3 Parent and Child Pages – the page structure does not work correctly both in breadcrumbs and in the address bar of the browser

I am using Chariton within Elementor. One of the options is ‘Service List’. I would like to choose the service categories separately but I can only see the option to display all services. Is there a way to display just one service category?

my page looks really wired after the update. The font I set up is not showing up.

I can’t change anything in the biography of the staff and the header is still under my slider, even if I deactivated it.

Further more I was writing a message for support but didn’t get any answer within the last week.

I looked at that line of the PHP file but I’m not sure why it all of a sudden stopped working. Can you assist?
