Instructions to install are garbage impossible to get real help as their page for help is poorly set up (my god these are designers?) and I put in info and it rejects it. What a joke! Waste of money!

I want fucking this theme company.
Lots of bugs, not customize easily and the theme so slow
I purchase a heavy server to load the site quickly but same issue. The theme is so slow.
I gave up and had to buy a different theme. Product does not match the demo. Support was vague and unhelpful.

All theme pages are built with elementor and they are properly responsive as you can see from our demo.
If you have created new pages and you have edited the existing pages it's different since we can't control the changes you make.
If you are unable and have difficulty creating the pages, don't worry my advice is to contact our support team at http://support.nicdark.com/, at the moment we have not received any contacts from you.

Design is up to date since a long time. I like the design quality.
The theme we have chosen is really great, but there are a lot of fantastic themes on this platform. The reason for my rating is the insanely fantastic experience with customer support. I have purchased a number of themes as part of our business, nicdark's support has exceeded all the others. They have been clear, helpful, positive, very quick and always have done that 'slightly more' than what they are obligated to. I cant recommend them enough.

I loved how itw as designed, i made veryl ittle changes and everythign still looked great. It's terrible when you fidn a theme you like but end up breaking it cause you made changes to the demo. This theme's demo seem to hold up quite well even after my carving of it :)

It's a really nice and easy to use theme to work with. Also the support is great and very fast.
