I purchased a theme from themeforest and they do not have option to update Charity ToolsKit plugins. I am unable to run and update my website without updating Charity ToolsKit plugins? Can you please assist to install updated version of my website theme, www.albaaqi.ca?

Is this theme still receiving updates through ThemeForest? It says the last update was May 2019 but the wplook.com site shows December 2020. Thanks!

1. It’s not possible to configure, there is no options. You can configure the Stripe to accept Recurring payments via Credit Card. 2. You can add a button and the link to the donation page. The Button can be aded on any page, this is a Gutenberg feature. If you need the latest theme version will be better to buy it directly from wplook.com

Dear , Does the template support Arabic and English at the same time as well ? When you make English as the default language in the template and then choose the display language Arabic change the direction of the template from right to left ?

Thank you! I am glad you like the template. You have to extend the theme in order to be able to receive recurring donations via PayPal.

Nice job! This template is great! Quick question. On the homepage slider if you don’t select a cause, it just displays a raised amount. How do I change that amount that is displayed?
Hello, i just purchased this theme of yours and the demo import doesn’t look anything like the theme i purchased. Not even close. It has just a few pages unlike the actual demo of your theme to let someone see how it works and what it looks like and why I purchased it, instead the demo I have is has. It be nice to have a demo import that actually represent your theme. I’m not going to give you access to my website, either, it should be either built into the theme to just click on to import and or your import files are so old your falsifying advertising your theme that is current today. Is there a link I can click on to download or what needs to be done to get the demo I see on the demo site of yours.

ya the demo files in the theme arn’t anything like the demo on themeforest you show. I have already imported those files for dummy content and it doens’t look anything like what’s I was looking at and why I purchased your theme in the first place.
I’m not putting in a ticket to give you access to my website. All other themes I’ve purchased on themeforest that have demo content are more current with what they provide on themeforest and the files are either by clicking on an import button directly from the theme, or if it’s an offline upload to import at least it has current information vs something that isn’t.
Does theme has page builder and how much is compatible with Gutenberg?
We don’t use any page builder for this theme. The theme is based on templates, Custom Post Type and it’s Gutenberg compatible.

At the moment Gutenberg is used for managing the content because it replaces the Editor. Custom post types are displaying using builtin templates where you can select which template to be displayed.

Yes, The theme is integrated with Stripe and you can process credit cards.

Hi, I see from your main theme dev website that there is an annual recurring payment of $49 after the initial purchase??? Is this mandatory when purchased through your themes dev site, and is it mandatory when buying the theme through Themeforest??? Thanks
It’s for updates and support, you can cancel it at any time, it’s not mandatory, you decide if you need it or not.

We are having issues importing the demo content via the xml file. The file is too large so our server is having issues building all the elements from the xml file. Do you have a stripped down version that only includes pages, post, and custom post types? We don’t need the Woocommerce data.
You can try to import the content a few times. Every time go to media and see if you have more images added, and if so continue till you will see the have fun message.
I’ve tried uploading the file 8 times. I keep getting this message “504 Gateway Time-out The server didn’t respond in time.” Should I keep trying to upload the file?
