One question before buying, is it one template theme already ready for use, or will I have to assemble it from individual elements.

Got your theme through my brother in UK, noticed that some of the plugins were not available on Wordpress plugin database?

I am trying to Register on the support portal and create a ticket but the reCaptcha is not working correctly. I pass the verification and get a check mark but the form doesn’t process and says the reCaptcha failed.

My issue is the stick menu is not working correctly neither is the custom styling for the Donate button.

Hi there, I think there’s a little bug. I have just updated Wordpress (5.7.2.) and the theme to the last version and everything went OK, BUT, when updating the plugin “Slider Revolution” (from 6.0.2. to 6.4.6.), the dashboard “pages” and “posts” had their tables misaligned. I’ve rolled back the revslider update and evrything is OK again. I think the problem is in a CSS code at “tp-color-picker.css – Color Picker Plugin for Revolution Slider”, line 1628.

        content: " ";
        display: table; <<<<<<< HERE**
    }
...which inserts a space before the ‘th class=”check-column”...’ Hope it helps, and hope you can give a solution in order to update the revslider plugin to its last version. Thanks.

I cannot find any tickets under your name. Can you tell me what happened? We can help.

This needs to be updated, this theme and the latest Wordpress update has caused major issues. My other websites have all updated their themes, this is the only one dragging their feet.

We are working on this issue. We will update the theme soon.

Soon? This was three months ago! I am still operating on an old version of Wordpress and can’t update any of my plugins, so security is now an issue. I have now resolved that I am going to have to switch to a new theme and ditch this one as it is broken with the new Wordpress updates. All this at my expense. Very disappointed.

When will this be updated for 5.5?

This theme is non more compatible with wordpress 5.5. To may errors. Javascript errors with .live function for example, etc… Please consider to update the theme!

Yes, because I send u before that I dont need the theme cos I bought a new one. I have been trying to get help from you for 11 days, unfortunately I couldn’t wait any longer because the client did not allow it so what would give me a reset of the page when I buy a new theme.

I’ve just purchased the theme and I’m disappointed. There is no way of changing the /zkportfolio/ permalink easily. Well, it’s easy to change the custom posttype in CPT UI plugin, but then you loose the project edition capabilities (image gallery, date, client, credits, etc) Can you imagine trying to configure your website to show “www.mywebsite.com/projects” and you are obliged to show “www.mywebsite.com/zkportfolio” ?? Well, you can change it, but you have to purchase the “Customization services” of the them author. Utterly disappointed with this.

I already contacted your support team, and the answer was: “you have to purchase the Customization services”. I think it should be a theme option to rename the /zkportfolio slug for the custom portfolio, and not a paid feature. All themes have. Regards.
