Absolutely fantastic support. I had issues with initial setup and got in touch with support, who kept iterating with me till all my issues were resolved.
Hugely impressed and happy with this WordPress plugin. Will definitely be looking through additional themes from this developer when purchasing in the future again. Thanks again.

I've just purchased the theme and I'm disappointed.
There is no way of changing the /zkportfolio/ permalink easily. Well, it's easy to change the custom posttype in CPT UI plugin, but then you loose the project edition capabilities (image gallery, date, client, credits, etc)
Can you imagine trying to configure your website to show "www.mywebsite.com/projects" and you are obliged to show "www.mywebsite.com/zkportfolio" ??
Well, you can change it, but you have to purchase the "Customization services" of the them author.
Utterly disappointed with this.

Sorry for any inconvenience you've met. I saw that you have no longer replied to our support request, so, we thought all issues are fixed.
with this topic is bad everything. On a site with demo data the version is not the one that is actually sold. Money do not want to return. Code with bugs and does not work. To make the minimum setting in the template you need to write to the support team. Bugs are trying to fix in the process. However, the topic is not better. I am not satisfied. As already said, no money is returned.
Faultless install and demo content implementation. A brilliant theme that does exactly what we need. The translation tool, although it hasn't been updated in a long time works really well. No issues whatsoever. In fact, it really couldn't be simpler to use. Support is excellent. Dependent on time-zone, you may wait a day or so, but they always have the answer. Great!
Very slow and unresponsive customer support. Bugs abound in this theme, demo content doesn't produce the same result as the demo, pages turn up missing or blank, widgets included don't work well. Child themes for WooCommerce provided that override WooCommerce built-in themes mangle display, don't support multi-attribute products. Overall it's taken months to get this thing anywhere and there are still issues I'm dealing with; working with Zooka's support team is slow and they rarely respond.
Excellent support from the theme author! I probably sent 10 tickets (with several follow-up questions in each one) and the team patiently answered and helped me with all of them.
I also asked for some customizations (I paid extra, but it was reasonable), which were completed in very little time.
Turnaround time is usually within 24-48 hours.
The theme is easy to use and very flexible. I love it!
