The full version of WP Bakery Page Builder is included with the theme, there’s no need to purchase a separate copy, that’s why it’s disabled.
If you ever need to update WP Bakery Page Builder you can do so through the Chauffeur theme by downloading the latest version of the theme package.

Hi, there is very strange bug, unfortunately it is redirecting me agian and again and I can’t book, while i have book then it redirect me to select a vehical if i select vehcical then it redirects me to home page. very strange. can you share any video tutorial or documents please i need to buy this theme

Yes I meant are you experiencing the bug on the Themeforest demo website, because I checked and the booking system seems to be working fine. I’d need more details of how to replicate the problem to be able to help you with this.

let me guide you step 1: on home page I have filled booking form and reserve Now, it redirect me to SELECT a Vehicle page: http://themes.quitenicestuff2.com/chauffeurwp/demo3/booking/
there are few vehicle options. when i click on any vehicle then it redirect me to vehicle page : https://themes.quitenicestuff2.com/chauffeurwp/demo3/fleet/mercedes-van-2-2-3/ there is booking form too .
Lets fill the form again After filling the form it redirect me to Again this page SELECT a vehicle: http://themes.quitenicestuff2.com/chauffeurwp/demo3/booking/I am not sure, If i am doing something wrong. kindly guide me
This is not a bug, let me explain.
On the vehicle selection page, if you click on the vehicle image it will take you to the vehicle details page.
If you click anywhere else inside the vehicle box (except the image) it will select the vehicle and add it to the booking.
Also note that there is a setting in the theme options to switch off the link to the vehicle details page if you find this confusing.

I have contacted my Hosting website and they told me that the theme is infected and also when I lunched the google ads they told me the same that my website contains a malware. Although I have installed the last version of theme but it’s infected how you can help

I can assure you that the theme you downloaded from here is definitely not infected with any malware. Speaking as the developer of the theme I guarantee this 100%, it’s impossible. I wrote all the code myself.
The most common way websites are infected with malware is either you downloaded and installed a free theme or plugin from a website other than the official WordPress site which contains malware (this is why it’s free), or you added vulnerable code, or the malware may have been on your web server for a long time.
The only way to safely remove it is to delete everything and start again, or try rolling back to a backup before you got infected (although while this is easier, it’s more risky that it will not remove the malware).

The Chauffeur theme supports PayPal and Stripe payments, but it doesn’t support WooCommerce.
Yes it should work fine with the WordPress business plan, any hosting which supports custom WordPress themes should work.

I have a website using your theme.
Everything is OK expect that when I book, there is no confirmation email sent to me as an admin or to the client.
I can see the bookings inside the dashboard of the WP but there is no notification emails sent to me.
