Hello, I just purchased your fantastic theme and I have one question.
1. I’ve already install the theme with all the plugins, but the Visual Composer says that there is an update available. When I try to update the VC ask me for two keys, the Envato API Key (That I have) and the Visual Composer License Key. How can I find this Licence Key? Do I have to buy this plugin separately from the integrated one is chino theme?

Hello, I have a question about the image slider in the WORK items… like here http://chinowp.aisconverse.com/project/chair/ the slider use 1200×431 area, my question is, I need setup the slider area like 1200×431 but when I open this image in full screen I need show a square image, like 2000×2000 in full screen. This is possible? Or the same photo use in the slider and full screen view? Can I use two different photos format?

One more issue: Visual Composer is no longer working with the update. I have found the product licensing area in the setting and have added my envato username and generated a api key from the envato page. However I cannot find the Visual Composer License Key info anywhere.

Hello. I bought this theme and love it. I am having one issue activating visual composer . In my documentation i cant find the license key. Where should i look or am i missing a step? .. when ever i follow the instructions on the visual composer site, i get Invalid liense key. Please check information in your envato profile.

Hello somehow it doesn’t show my post content when I click the post title. The section “entry-content” returns empty. In chino>wordpress>post>content is the code where the problem is (I think). Thanks in advance.

There are no built-in possibility to use multilingual content. This ability can be added with WPML plugin (https://wpml.org/). This plugin is one of the most powerful solution for creating multilingual content with WordPress.

Chino’s footer is just a regular WordPress editor area. You can use there any shortcode presented in Shortcodes Builder.
To find this setting editor follow Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Footer and find “Footer Text” setting.

When publishing projects, the content is not showing up on the project page. I copied the content from another project (that was provided in the demo content), edited it with new project info, set featured image and copied all of the “tile” and “slide” info form demo content project, and published. After clicking “view project” the page only shows the title.

Try to update permalinks (follow Admin -> Settings -> Permalinks) and resave it. Let us know if it doesn’t not help. In this case we will try another approach.
I had the permalink structure set up as directed in the site documentation ”/ category / postname /” however I did change the name of the “Projects” page to “products.” When I click on the tile from the “products” page it takes me to the proper permalink structure “www.domain.com/project/post-name”
Still brings up a blank page though.

I’ve got a slight problem when I use the “single project” demo content. I get the navigation button which produces the side bar.
This is not on the live demo single project that links from themeforest.
How do I remove it.
I thought I could do it by hiding the sidebar in the theme options but this stops the page from show altogether.

Hi All.
Please see below a link to the rough test site. http://www.screechcreative.com/copues_construction_opt2/If you click on one of the project tiles it should take you to the Single projects page but no content is showing due to a bug with the sidebar.
The problem first occurred when I setup the single projects page it had the sidebar navigation button on the page. I didn’t want it on every page so I used the “Theme Settings to Hide the side bar”. This removed all the content just showing a header and footer. So I put the side bar back on and the page worked again.
You mentioned they would be a fix for this shortly.
I then start editing and removing the widgets in the side bar and this had the same results that It removed the content from the single Project Page. Now I can’t get the single project page back at all.
Help would be great.

Hi,
Each of your tiles have ”/?project=bra” link. Do you have “Bra” project filled? Or should these tiles lead to it’s own projects?
Also, it’s better to change permalinks structure, but it’s not strongly required. To change the structure follow Admin -> Settings -> Permalinks, set, for example, /%category%/%postname%/ in Custom Structure field and save.
Let us know your results. We will try to find a solution as soon as possible.

They all link to the same single project at the moment.
I have filled project “Bra” and got it looking how I want it as mentioned it was was working until I edited the widgets in the sidebar or tried the hide the sidebar using the “Theme Settings”.
I have tried the Permalinks and still no good.
Is they any way of getting it back using the sidebar widgets. Just really need it to show the content.

I am encountering issues while trying to use the Chino theme. I have followed the documentation for install, but I run into a few problems that may all be related. The two most obvious problems are:
1. I have installed the demo content, but when I view the Agency page nothing displays for content. When I open the chrome console there are 27 errors that say “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)”
2. The theme settings page does not appear formatted in your documentation screen shots. I get a list of links that do nothing and all settings options listed vertically below.

What might constitute “really great sales” so I know if I should hold my breath or not.
We define it like “more than 1000” or smth like that. It would be pleasure to add bbpress support to a such popular theme.
On the other hand bbpress integration is just a styling of bbpress templates, isn’t it? If you are able to make some CSS styling you can use bbpress with Chino. The theme offers its features, but the core is WordPress itself and WordPress works with bbpress perfectly.

- slides are not moving automatically…where to set timing for slides? – unfortunately sliders can’t rotate slides automatically
- how to increase icon font size? – you can use [aiconverse_icon icon=”headset_sound_streamline” size=”20”] where size is a font size in pixels.

I have three questions before i buy
1. Can i remove the language buttons? 2. Disable woocommerce/cart button? 3. Is there demo content available for import like the demo’s?

For the first comment:- You will have language buttons just in case you install WPML plugin.
- A cart button will be showed if WooCommerce is installed and activated.
- Demo content is availabe in the theme pack archive, follow documentation instruction.
- Unfortunately, not right now. But it’s a really good idea to make it possible. We will add this functionality in the next update.
- Yes. The reason is that demo content require WPML and other plugins installed. The copy of content is the second language content.
