Hi,
During installation of the :Chiropractor – Therapy and Rehabilitation WordPess Theme, i had to put my/the servers php form back to 7.4 to continue the installation.
The thing is, from the 28th of November, the server will not support safety updates on versions under 8.0. On the 14th of december, they even will remove the php 7.4 version.
Is there an update from you guys. Or what should I do?

Hello there! I have a website with Chiropractor theme – version: 1.0.17 with a child theme, using the normal visual page builder (not Brizy), and I want to be sure that if I buy a new licence and update to the latest version of the theme, and wordpress 5.9, the content of my site doesn’t get messed up or broken or lost.
Please let me know if it is Gutenberg blocks ready and compatible to convert from old page builder? Also can i convert from old page builder to your latest, i assume Brizy visual page builder?

I cant seem to install the demo content. I’m using wordpress 5.9 and I think it is due to Unyson plugin which won’t work with this version. Is there a way to install the demo content without downgrading wordpress?

We are able to edit other pages, but the home page flashes an image within a second of edit page loading, then the Visual and Text buttons go away and we cannot see anything that is on the page. Also, it asks for the purchase code and my invoice only has invoice number and order number(157625147) admin@pimr.net. Please advise

To submit a ticket, I have to enter a “purchase code”. I have gone through all my receipts and invoices, and I only see an avanto credit code, order number, and invoice number. None of those work, even when I’m careful with the formatting, making sure there’s no Extra Spaces, Etc I’m hoping someone can reach out with that information so I will have it.
And I’m still stuck not being able to edit the home screen, but all other screens are fine.
I do have the visual and text buttons now on the home page, but can see no existing content. Please help me set up a ticket – I do not see the “purchase code” anywhere and am unable to initiate a ticket. Thank you.
