Hi, I found some issue with the theme. It conflicts with one plugin (WP Bakery), I attached screenshot as well. https://prnt.sc/108clm1

Also, please disable Gutenberg Editor in WPBakery > General Settings – https://prnt.sc/vzmntr for WordPress 5.6.

Has anyone else had a blank empty box when trying to edit an element in front end manager (i.e when editing text block settings)? Sadly due to personal reasons I didn’t try installing it when the 6 months support was valid so can’t justify paying for support upgrade at the moment. Hello, tried to import the Slider via Import Demo but didn’t work. Tried creating a ticket but my Auth Code is being marked as invalid. Please assist. Just need the .zip of the Revolution Slider so I can build the site. Thanks.
Extract the archive to demo/ folder and upload this demo/ folder to wp-content/themes/chocorocco directory.
After that re-import demo data in admin panel for Slider revolution only.
If issue is still presented, try to update plugin (you may request update in support ticket you’ve already submitted).

Hi. I have the following inconvenience. I made a site and it worked fine a couple of months ago. Now I try to navigate it on my desktop PC and on a laptop and the menu always takes me to the home, from any of the sections it takes me to the home. But on my cell phone the menu works fine. If I log into Wordpress and access the preview view, I also see it well. That could be happening?
If you have any third-party plugins installed on your website, try to deactivate theme all and activate one by one to find if any of theme caused the issue.
Don’t forget to clear browser’s memory cache before checking that.
I cleared the cache and deactivated the following plugins and the navigation menu is still malfunctioning:

I just checked something else. The main links of the navigation menu do not work, but if I click on a sub-section of Products, it does take me to the correct page. The main sections all show the Home if I do it from the desktop PC. Mouse over the menu options shows the correct URL, but the link shows the home. In mobile it works well.
Hi. After several months of everything working fine, I am again faced with this problem. The sections of the navigation menu all lead to the home page of the site. I need a solution to this problem, there is something in the template that is not working properly.
Only the blog shows the corresponding content.
I cleared the cache with the WP Super Cache plugin, which temporarily fixed the problem, but then the same thing happened again. I need help with this.
Please make sure that Use menu cache option is disabled in Appearance> ThemeREX Addons> General
If it wasn’t enabled, but issue is still presented, please clear WP Super Cache plugin cache, deactivate plugin, clear browser’s memory cache and re-check.

Hi. I managed to translate certain words of the template with Loco Translate and with Poedit. But I can not in any way translate into Spanish the names of the months and days in the calendar of the sidebar of the Blog entries. I can not change the logo for the style of Home 3. How should I do it? It is not clear in the documentation where Visual Composer is displayed instead of WP Bakery.
I defined in Appearance> Header a new logo, but it is only displayed in Home 2, and not in Home 1 or Home 3.

Home 3 uses another header style, by default logo is set in header layout under Layouts > ChocoRocco Header Transparent – http://prntscr.com/npy1ny
You can either replace logo there or remove it and keep logo block empty – in this case logo from Customize section will be displayed.

Hello, I really like the theme, it’s very good. Before buying I would like to know if there is the possibility of adding a plugin that allows to display a large map with the location of different sales locations.
I would also like to know if to use visual composer and slider revolution I have to pay extra.

Our theme comes bundled with WPBakery Builder and Revolution slider plugins.
There is no extra pay for plugins.
Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration.
The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
There is ability on adding several markers for different locations.
If you don’t want enable billing for maps, then you may using third-party plugins for maps.

We recommend Poedit software in order to translate the theme.
For multilanguage website we recommend WPML plugin. It is fully compatible with theme.
I am having an issue, when i edit a page and publish it it gives me this error:
