I would give this 4.5 stars based on my experience with theme itself, but then my experience with support was so good, I've added a half star.
I think this is a great theme for people who are looking for a very easy, clean and attractive food-oriented theme.
My only nitpick is because of some of the limitations baked into theme. I use a lot of different themes and this one trades flexibility for easy-of-use. This may be fine for the majority of customers; for me, it's meant a bit more work.
The best part: when I had a problem with YouTube videos not playing, support was very responsive and solved my issue right away!
I really love this theme. It has a lot of different features and works so well for the restaurant purpose. The creator is incredibly helpful, and answers quickly. I'm pretty new to wordpress, and this theme was easy to use.
I recommend this theme.
