Can you please make sure to enter ticket subject and then submit ticket button will become active. If this is not the case then can you please share more details and screenshot of the issue you are facing in create ticket.

We have opened all template PSD files in Adobe Photoshop CC and those are opening fine. Actually all those are designed in CC also. If required you can try to open file from Photoshop > with Open as option.

You can click your desired template, and then click Export Template button from the left side, there you can login to your ThemeForest account from which you have purchased it, approve and this will create connection. Then again you can click your desired template, change content / images as per your need and export the template to download in your desired format.

Now a days the only available option is Photoshop CC and recent version is 21.x. You can open and edit PSD files in above or older versions also.

If you want to use online builder then please go to http://www.themezaa.com/email-builder/christmas/ > select your template > and do available editing in the builder and export your template. You can also do direct changes in the HTML from downloaded package > Offline templates folder as per your need.

We can understand your point, But we have actually created all those custom graphics by using different fonts and elements to make them outstanding. We have already provided PSD files also, so you can easily change those fonts and text as per your requirements if you do not have those fonts.
