Hard to work with it and the support is not so good, they have told me many times that the issues with the themes are not within their scope, and that made it harder to work with this theme, I felt it is a bit antique

A very bad theme, it causes a lot of problems, it is super outdated, there have been no updates since 2022.
My website was created using this theme and I'm super disappointed with my purchase, as I'm going to have to build the entire website from scratch because the theme is all out of date and errors are constantly appearing.
I pay attention before purchasing a theme like this.

The Theme's main plugins are not working which in the end crashes the site.
After even removing all plugins it doesn't display anything properly. I think its better to move to magento based themes

Hi. Looks like you did something wrong and, afterwards, decided to lower template rating that is unfair. Full compatibility with all required plugins is guaranteed. I guess you should discuss points from your review with the template support agent first. As for the Magento and WordPress CMS comparison, it's not theme-related and inappropriate at all.

The theme was a great fit for my project and their customer support team helped me every step of the way, starting from minor tips on how to tweak things and ending with their dev logging in to my site's back-end account to solve something I couldn't do myself.

The theme has a lot of bugs. Even their demo is filled with multiple bugs.
The theme is updated long ago.
I as a user have reported multiple bugs.
The only good is their quick support but somehow they will fight that their theme is ok but your customization is an issue.
Like their old theme works fine on my demo website and their updated theme (which fixes the card quantity change issue) has other bug related to woof filter.

Really weird to hear such opinion. You customized theme functionality using some third-party plugin,
custom php code and stated that we are responsible for appeared glitches.
There is no global difference between the last and pre-last theme versions.
We support Chromium theme for years and there is no headache with this template.
This theme is amazing! I have been using it for a few years now, always without problems! The customer support is also outstanding!

this theme flies under the radar, without public changelog the real updates are hidden in readme.txt with last update in 2o21, but product page shows 22. Last feature/optimization added in 2o20, in 21 just a few bug fixes, nothing in 22 = this theme is going down. Also we've had few issues where the support did react, but there are no positive thoughts on the solution to be remembered.

Hi. You decided to lower product rating with 1 star review based on a changelog that is not as detailed as you would like. Are you serious? All templates are up to date, full compatibility with all required plugins, just like always. I guess you just had a bad day, because, there is no logical explanation of your words above.
