Need feedback from the support team! the lazy loading option is not available! it doesn’t show up at all when im on the theme editor! also the sizing chart of the product is empty and there’s no option to attach a page or anything to it to the size chart…

1. The lazy loading is coming from the backend. The option is not available in the customizer. Kindly let us know if you want to change them so that we will help you with it.
2. Kindly follow the below steps to create the size chart. Go to Online Store > Pages > Add Page (Refer: https://prnt.sc/23otylo ) > Give Title as Size chart > Create the size chart or Insert image in the content text box > Save. (Refer: https://prnt.sc/23ou955 ).

The theme does not fit on the mobile phone. I want to set another picture (such as banner) for the mobile terminal. Currently only one picture can be set. But the pictures on the computer side are displayed fragments on the mobile phone side. I want to show the full picture. Is there any way to solve this problem

We are sorry to say that we do not provide that option for the mobile images except the slider and it is not advisable too. When you upload 2 images for each section, it will take a much loading time, so the site speed becomes slow. Kindly adjust the height and width of the images according to the visibility of images in the mobile.

I should use the picture I want, not to adjust my picture to fit the template. All my pictures are made by professionals. In order to adapt to the template, the price of my pictures was spent in vain. And I can’t find the option to add currency in the template. He can only use one currency.

When I go on mobile view the logo, cart icon and currency icon can only be visible when the text is a light colour. However on desktop its only visble if the text is a dark colour is it possible at all two have to different text colour one for mobile and one for desktop?

After download our theme from themeforest.net (purchased package), you must extract/unzip this package first. Because this is all-in-one package. The download file contains theme packages, change-log file and read-me file. There will be a main chrona.zip file

when trying to upload my own logo to the website the header icons (home, our story, etc) get pushed to the middle and become compressed together. When I choose to not use a custom logo that doesn’t happen. How would I use my own logo with getting all the icons moved from the original spot?
