I purchased this theme a week ago in January 2022, and whilst there were a few issues that needed to be resolved and a few customisations, the support I received was world-class. Every issue I raised or required assistance with was dealt with timeously, courteously, and documented well so that I could see what was done. I was not asked to pay any more than the cost of the theme, and yet a LOT of work was done to optimise what already is a feature rich theme. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. I look forward to future updates and features in this Chrono Dial theme. Thank you, guys. I think with all the mods we did, this theme is pretty awesome now!

There is a bit of a learning curve to get used to all the features, but the end results looks AMAZING! On top of that, the customer support is very professional. I recommend you purchase the extended customer support as well.
