Para actualizar la versión de WPBakery tienes que desinstalarlo y después el propio tema te dirá que es necesario. Al volver a instalarlo lo hace con la última versión.

Lo pude instalar pero sigue con el error inicial que me llevo a pensar que era la update pendiente del WP BAKERY, al entrar a la seccion APARIENCIA/ PERSONALIZAR me deja la pantalla en blanco.]

por otro lado me gustaria consultarles como hacer para agregar un indice de contenido a mis entradas. He instalado el plugin “easy content table plus” pero no logro implementarle con el tema. Hay algun plugin compatible con el tema para agregar tablas de contenido?

he probado el plugin con el editor Gutenberg y funciona correctamente. Lo que pasa es que si usas la opción del editor WPBakery no es compatible.

Hola! Queria saber cuales eran los pasos para actualizar el tema a su ultima versión 3.0. ya descargue el .zip pero no se como proceder. Por otro lado queria consultar si junto a la actualización del tema se encuentra actualizado el wp bakery ya que nuevamente hay una actualización disponible.

si lo hace via FTP, tiene que eliminar la carpeta “cian” que hay en “wp-content\themes” y subir la carpeta “cian” del tema actualizado.

Pero si lo haces via web, tendrá que seleccionar otro tema de su instalación, después borrar “Cian”, y a continuación seleccionar subir un nuevo tema. Entonces selecciona el tema actualizado que ha descargado.

Con respecto al plugin WPBakery, la versión actual que hay es la 6.1. Voy a actualizarlo en un rato a la 6.2 para que esté la última.

the theme includes the plugin Verde. That plugin is enable by default, so if you want to load the theme, you have to disable the plugin from the page ‘Verde Plugin > Configuration’, the first option.

Ok. You have bought my theme and you can use the plugin Visual Composer (saving $34) without problems, but you can’t get the updates or the support (those are the features of activate the plugin) if you don’t buy the plugin, if you don’t get a ‘Regular License’.

to fix the problem with the icons, you have to add the next code in the option Theme Options > Custom Scripts > Custom CSS:

About the slider, it resizes the image to the height of the device, the height of the screen. Do you want to change this behaviour?

We have applied the custom CSS code but it seems to be ignored by the browser – could you please advise alternative solution?

Regarding the slider, we’d like for it to stretch to the width of the viewport (85% centered), rather than by height. This way, the text contained in the banner can be viewed completely.

Hi, we noticed another issue today when viewing the website in mobile view – the main logo located in the top navigation bar appears to be very small. We’d like to increase the size to 220px wide. Have tried adjusting the CSS but no luck… better leave it with the professionals ey Thanks

To fix the problem with the icons alignment, change the code to the next one:

.service-icon span{ padding-left: 0px !important; }

If you want to change that slider option, it has to be changed the slider javascript optioins. I can change it for you if you create a new user for me in your admin panel. In that way, I can check the changes and resolve it faster. I have done this with other users so you can trust me.
