no response from customer support, opened 2 tickets, and its been more than 2 months and no one has responded yet. now getting this message
"Your support package has expired. Please extend to continue receiving our support."
Not sure how can they even ask for renewing the support, when there is response from the author.

The theme is nice and well prepared. But the devil of satisfaction is in details.
There are parts that are difficult to find how to change. Footer has parts that can't be changed. The Fami site is not available and updates don't work.

I purchased and used this template by Familab.
Easy installation with heaps of different customization options, I broke the shop page and support fixed it up for me within a couple of hours.

Apart from a great looking theme, the support was incredibly helpful and fixed a bug for us straight away! Highly recommend familab and would definitely buy again. A+ Great service!
