Hello,

I would like to change the demo content background on the Movie Home page, what is behind the parallax (it’s an image of two people embracing each other), using Elementor. I’ve search the theme’s manual, I’ve searched Elementor’s manuel, and online tutorials. It is not in the typical Page Settings area, so I’ve hit a wall. I’ve done everything else in building my site, except for this and can’t launch with the demo image there. I’d love a simple arrow that points in the right direction. I would greatly appreciate it!

I am really struggling with modifying this theme. For instance I have tried to edit a portfolio item from the demo content and no matter what I do, it keeps showing the demo content for my item. I have removed the video preview and set my image but it won’t display.

After you update theme all of the bundled plugins with available update should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

DO NOT BUY! The theme is broken. The import demo does not work. The slider does not load. The demo content does not properly load. Communication from the seller is SLOW. I will be asking for a refund ASAP.

Hello, We are planning to buy and use your theme which is named as “Cinerema”. If we install the theme on a subdomain in development process, will we encounter any problems when we move it to the main domain later? Wordpress and theme settings deleted? Or is there another similar problem with the domain change? Thanks.

In case you’ve used your purchase code to register one installation, you are required to deregister in order to use the purchase code on a different installation. We recommend following instructions from this link to migrate WP from local server to live site – the same instructions should be followed if you migrate WP from one host to another.

We’re using your Kenozoik theme right now. If changing the site to use Cinerama, do the Kenozoik portfolio items convert over to Cinerama or we have to input that again?

If you decide to install Cinerama, portfolio items from Kenzoik will remain, however, please note that Cinerama is a different theme, and has different options and settings for portfolio items, as well as different portfolio types, so you might need to configure that as well. We can suggest creating a backup of your website prior to installing Cinerama.

WPBakery Page Builder plugin requests license key. Did I buy this plugin along with the theme?

The plugins that you got after the purchase (like WPBakery and Slider Revolution) are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.

Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme. You can read more about this here.

Google map address function not working on Contact page. (https://gemediaist.com/iletisim) – I don’t use any plugins other than the plugins that come with the theme.

To use Google Maps it is necessary to generate and use Google Maps API Key and you can find more info in this article – How To Generate And Use The Google Maps API Keys.

If the pins are not being shown please try going to Developer Console -> APIs & auth -> APIs.
Search for Geocoding and click on Google Maps Geocoding API -> Enable API. Do the same thing for Geolocating.
