Best Theme Design and best support!
Great theme with a not so good support team.
But after a few emails we sorted out the problems.
Love the theme and hope the author is working on a nicer support.
Yes this theme has a good look for some reasons but:
- Before I buy theme response time was 24 secs in Qode Interactive, after I got it it's about 48 hours or around. Also theme, looks like not updated well to be user friendly.
-Somex extensions and plug ins makes it easy to use; but you need to use 3-5 extra plugins to use it efficient and this all are making your home page with 5 optimized images open like 60 MB and very late.
-It's consuming a lot of time to learn, I would recommend you to pick another up to date something to use. Nothing actually making this theme special as I understand.
-Some look and feel elements looking still smart, wish it was easy to customize and use.
-Documentation needs to be well made and support is kicking you.

There's been an increased number of tickets last week so our response time got a bit delayed.
Once you pick a page builder you wish to use, you should stick to that plugin and make sure that the other one is Deactivated. Having both page builders installed and activated at the same time can have a significant impact on your website speed and overall performance.
We are constantly working on updating all our themes and the theme can be used with latest version of WordPress. Also, we do believe that the theme is well documented, and we do understand that it might be confusing at first but you can find our themes documentation here as well as many great articles, and video tutorials that might help you on the way developing your website.

This is a beautiful theme. That's why I bought it.
I didn't realise then that it was a complicated disaster to edit. That there are problems with some elements in the mobile version (a video slider where you can't tell on mobile that it's a video and not just an image in a filmmaker theme? Come one guys). On top of that, there are always front-end bugs that are just annoying. Or the fact that my theme still tells me I didn't enter a code.
But most importantly: not a single third party cookie consent plug-in works with the video elements. In fact, it is not possible to work correctly with this theme in terms of data protection. Please think about this before you buy it.
The support team only tells me that they can't do anything about it.
Honestly, guys...I'm at a loss for words.

If you are perhaps referring to the video slider shown in screenshot, then play button which is hidden on mobile can be shown with some custom css and our support agents can assist you with this. If you are experiencing any troubles with the theme you should know that you can always turn to our support team and our support agents will be happy to help.
If you are getting the message that your purchase code is not registered even if you've entered it in theme's dashboard, then please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and check if your Cinerama Core plugin is updated to the latest version.
When it comes to GDPR, our themes are compliant with GDPR, however, that does not mean it is free from cookies. The GDPR states that the user must be notified of any cookies used and you can simply add a GDPR notification plugin stating that cookies may be used in order to comply with its rules and regulations. Or simply setup your privacy policy page.

I have so many problems with this theme. One is, I can't get back ground photos to stay put. They look fine and then next time I open the site they're messed up.

Thank you, Everything looks good.
Most of the time I use themes from Qode Interactive, and I am always happy with the quality. But this time, the theme is wonderful but in use ... it's a disaster. I write all the time to the support because there are a lot of tiny detail who doesn't work and in the future, my client will use with difficultly his website.
