When you refresh the home page with video the video does not load. Even on your demo it does that. What do I do?

Okay so that fixed the video playing bug.
NOW however, even on your demo, if you go to the site for the first time the mp3 sound does not auto play. Even happens on your demo site. You can test it by opening http://webredox.net/demo/wp/cinestar/space/home-video/ in an incognito window.
After the first time, it will work on all pages after, but the first time is the most important! And it doesn’t work right now…
Any idea?

you’ve made a great theme! I would like to buy it today. I have checked the Home Revolution page http://webredox.net/demo/wp/cinestar/nature/home-revolution/ and it shows “Vimeo Froogaloop API could not be loaded.” I’m wondering if I’m gonna be able to use it, pls advise?

When the website is searched by duckduckgo.com the snippet is FILMSTUDIONAME PRESENTSAN Fusce suscipit PRODUCTIONA laoreet a PICTURE lobortis neque CASTINGBY risus vulputate COSTUMESBY enim leo PRODUCTIONDESIGNER libero tortor …which is totally wrong. Though google shows the snippet correctly. As far I understand the search engine duckduck gets those latin words from the cinestar template but as I checked the pages of the template there is no such latin text. Please help!

Hi! I’m creating a slider with Revolution Slider. Is the plugin activation needed or it can be used without restrictions? I mean, if I use it unactivated may my slider fail to work in the future? And if it needs activation, do I need to purchase a code? Thanks in advance.
That activation need only for auto update the plugin.

It’s a shame you don’t have IMDB among your social options for the theme. Is there, because I don’t see it! If not, can you please add it? ... It’s a film/movie theme after all, and definitely very important for the theme!

You would not loss any work/ content. Go to plugin section. There have option for remove plugin.

In my Contact Page that came with the theme, it is writing on top of the field description. Like when I write “George” in the “Name” field, it is writing George on top of Name, making it unreadable and ugly.

2) My contact page I got from your templates. The problem is it has the Contact Form 272 but it is not in the Contact forms available (for example, I see the 271 and 273, but not 272). What am I missing?

You can change the total theme color by theme option. Sorry you can not change position for home page’s style.

Hello! The Slider Revolution plugin is failing to install on my WP. Is this normal?
No it is not normal. Did you get any notification for why it’s not installing?
It is saying “Destination folder already exists. /home/content/a2pewpnaspod04_data04/16/41691716/html/wp-content/plugins/revslider” even though it’s not installed
Login on FTP now go to wp-content — plugins folder remove rev slider folder and install again.

Sorry we have not any video tutorial. Just import dummy data. Then you can easily customise your site.
Should I import them one XML file at a time? Because the Zip didn’t work (through Tools -> Import). And when I am importing the XML files, they’re crashing and not importing properly. Please advise!
Unzip dummy data ziip folder you will get dummy-data.xml file. Now go to tools and import that xml file.
