Very versatile

Awful customer support. I purchased this theme several weeks ago. I contacted customer support for help and was asked for my Wordpress login credentials and an explanation of what my issue was. I didn't hear back.

I left feedback on this forum and they replied - asking me to send them another e-mail. I sent them another e-mail and specifically stated what my issue was in simple terms.

Got an e-mail back saying, "Hi, sorry I didn't understand your problem. Tell me your problem details." I'm not sure how I can state "I want to know how to remove the Cinestar logo from the top of the side menu" any simpler.

At this point, I regret purchasing this theme and I felt like I've wasted my money and no one has taken my concerns seriously.

Graphics are horizontally compressed in mobile mode. Not happy about it.

This is a fantastic theme. Well done!!
