I enjoy this theme a lot but the support has been amazing. They were quick to respond and fixed my problem fairly easily.

Las version have lots of mistakes. iMaginem Widget Set r8 is not runing well. Really bad experience

Hi, Sorry to hear bout the trouble.
You've likely updated WordPress to latest without updating the theme.
When you update WordPress it's also important to update everything else to match the changes.
WordPress 5.5+ came with lost of changes compared to 5.4. We've released theme update based on the changes made to WordPress.
You can update the theme easily using Envato Market plugin to correct any issues.

Use cinnamon theme about a year and all this time the author can’t fix the issue with pictures resolution onto iOS devices. The imaginem page builder is simple but not perfect. You can’t edit as much as you want.

Sorry, but this is not accurate.
There are factors outside of theme which can cause problems too. Something must be wrong from your setup that it isn't working.
We also don't have any contact from you for our support to check what's happening for us to help.

Despite a little misunderstanding at the beginning, the theme support has proven that it is professional and dedicated! Good job ;)
It's a very good designed template with many customization options and very easy to handle. I would give 5 stars but the support reaction time is just to slow. There is no ticket system so you only can use a forum and the reaction time is +/- 24 hours.

Thank you for reviewing. Perhaps you've misunderstood the support system.
We generally always reply within 24hrs, which is a good turnaround time even compared to the other authors. We also have support during the weekends and proudly technical support is active throughout the whole year without any off days.
The support system is powered by the same forum system used by WordPress dot org and is popularly used by WordPress themes. It's a familiar system which is the reason we chose it as our support system.
The support forum also has the ability to private reply just in case you want to share urls which aren't yet open for public. This acts as a closed ticket system when required.
The open forum concept helps everyone to see already posted answers to solutions. We also help with minor alterations, and those codes can be viewed by all users which is an additional advantage in the forum system.
We hope you can improve the rating.
